Built in solid wood, with an area of 27 m2, it gives just enough space for what you need for a relaxing trip away from everyday life. Nice cabin with private beach. Only 45 minutes from Oslo. The cabin is located between Drammen and Svelvik by Drammensfjorden. The cabin consists of a master bedroom with a 180 cm double bed. Mezzanine with 2 separate sleeping places with 2x 120 cm beds at one end and 150 cm double bed at the opposite end. Well-equipped kitchen with all facilities. Bathroom with shower, sink and Cinderella burner. Open and social floor plan with kitchen, living room and dining room. Beautiful views from all rooms. Here you can really find peace of mind. Bright and charming loft apartment with cozy and unique atmosphere. The apartment is centrally located in Drammen, and is suitable for both companies or individuals. Incl. electricity, internet and is otherwise fully furnished and with all necessary equipment. Free parking in private courtyard. Only a short walk down to the city center and the University of Southeast Norway at Drammen campus (about 15 min). There are good bus connections. The apartment is located in a quiet and nice residential area with great views and nice surroundings.

Beautiful and representative home! Very good parking facilities for up to 4 cars just outside the door, cobblestone courtyard. From the property there are fantastic views over "all" of Drammen. The house is located in a new residential area, where it is quiet and peaceful, and without annoying through traffic. The countryside with great hiking areas is in the immediate vicinity. The same goes for Vannverksdammen, which offers good swimming opportunities in the summer. Prepared ski slopes at Konnerud, and a short way to 2 downhill slopes!

Hytta vår ved Eikern tilbyr en uforglemmelig opplevelse med spektakulær utsikt og usjenert beliggenhet. Hytta består av et sjarmerende rom med spisebord, kjøkken og soveplass til 2 gjester. Blant de unike fasilitetene finner du bryggeområdet, utedo, utendørs veranda, og spisegruppe. Hytta har en unik utsikt over innsjøen, noe som skaper en helt spesiell atmosfære. Det går en koselig trapp ned til bryggen som ligger rett ved vannet. Her kan man virkelig slappe av og finne roen i hverdagen.

Vi leier ut 1.etasje i boligen vår. Leiligheten har to soverom, stue med spiseplass og to sitteavdelinger, den ene med tv, den andre med utsikt over Oslofjorden og Oscarsborg, eget kjøkken og bad/do med badekar og vaskemaskin. Ca. 105 kvm. Boligen ligger i et rolig hytteområde med nærhet til både skog og sjø. To uteplasser er tilgjengelige fra leiligheten. Kort avstand til Seierstenmarka. 12 min. gange til badeplass ved fjorden. 1,5 km til bussholdeplass. 2 km til til sentrum og matbutikk
