In about 500 m are the S-Bahn station and ferry terminal, as well as the outdoor swimming pool. There are many opportunities for hikes and excursions in the area.

It has a large and a small bedroom, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a guest toilet. Ideal for individuals, couples and families with 1-2 children. The 4 bikes and the grill can be used free of charge. Tram stops, supermarkets and restaurants are easily accessible. The house is not just a vacation home. There are also private things of ours available.

First floor apartment, with a small entrance area, a bright, friendly full glass door, with a friendly bathroom facing southwest and a large bright room, which gets its special charm from the huge arched window. The view of our private courtyard, with traditional round timber and our beautiful 90-year-old walnut tree. The south side provides bright light flooding. On the southwest side is a small separate sitting area, with barbecue facilities. Renovated in 2022.

The cozy coach house in the rear of the property of Villa Golding on the edge of the Dresden Heath offers special charm. On the first floor, you will find the living area with kitchen and dining area. There is also a bedroom with 2 single beds, from which you enter the terrace. On the first floor, there is a bathroom with a freestanding bathtub and shower. On the 2nd floor, there is another bedroom with a double bed and an attached bathroom with a toilet and sink.
