Location: Gastro: 1 min, Beginn Terrassenufer 1.1 km, Elbe 100 m, tram 100 m, supermarket 100 m. The apartment is on the top floor. Unfortunately, we don't have an elevator yet.

Our house is located in the center of Dresden (about 800 m from the HBH) and yet quiet and surrounded by greenery. It has a large and a small bedroom, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a guest toilet. Ideal for individuals, couples and families with 1-2 children. The 4 bikes and the grill can be used free of charge. Tram stops, supermarkets and restaurants are easily accessible. The house is not just a vacation home. There are also private things of ours available.
