Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Duck

It was a great experience, if I’m ever back in the area I would definitely book this place again.

Grouper Therapy is conveniently located - walkable to beach, sound, restaurants/stores in Duck, and neighborhood pool. The house had a floor plan with 3 King bedrooms + 1 more that worked perfectly for our family. The kitchen was well appointed - provides everything you need if you want to cook in. We appreciated all the extras provided - high chair, beach chairs, carts, tv in every bedroom. Our family really enjoyed our week in Duck.

Ariana was so helpful and responsive from the start when booking the reservation. The location was great! It was far away enough from the main road, but also very close to the beach/public access parking. The house and yard were very spacious…the pups were super grateful! The house had so many accommodations from the hot tub and pool table/table games to the dog crate and beach supplies. We will definitely consider returning for another visit :)

Not only is Heather & Drew’s place perfect for couples, solo travelers, small families, or a few friends - but it is GORGEOUS. It’s so clean, the neighborhood is quiet and tucked away but close enough to everything that it doesn’t feel like a hassle to get anywhere, and it’s got almost anything you might need. Truly a space where you can decompress. We can’t wait to visit again!

This home exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed sunrise on the front decks daily, and sunsets overlooking the pool in the evening. The host left us little surprises so we could relax immediately and not rush to the food store (I won’t share the surprises- so I don’t ruin it for future guests 😊) The location is right in the middle of 2 bustling towns, but not overly crowded which we absolutely loved! We had a great week! The pool table, corn hole and darts were geeat for the cooler days and evenings, we didnt even want to go out at night! We enjoyed walks to Bay Drive for the sunset too.

We booked this house as a surprise for my son’s 13th birthday party and it was absolutely perfect! We stayed with his cousins/aunt/uncle. There was more than enough room for all of us. The house has a view of the ocean on the 3rd floor. Highlights include cooking way too much bacon because I over bought, late UNO nights, hot tub cousin chats, a turtle that visited the back yard, amazing view of the stars at night with crashing waves to listen to, and mostly my new teenager having an absolute blast just vegging out and eating snacks! Lisa is so easy to work with. She had great recommendations and takes great care of her place. No complaints! Yes it’s pricey but core memories were made so absolutely worth it!

This place was perfect! The space was spotless, stylish, and exactly as pictured—maybe even better. Check-in was seamless, and the host went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome, even leaving a few thoughtful extras that made a big difference. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with great restaurants and shops nearby. The bed was super comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing, hassle-free stay. We honestly didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area!

My boyfriend and I had a great time here! Very peaceful and quiet and an easy drive to restaurants and the beach. Super close to Jockey Ridge State Park. The bed was very comfortable and the space was great for two.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house is organized and so clean. I love the little things that the host have for the guests like sound machines and boardgames which is very thoughtful. They also very responsive and friendly whenever we reach out to them.

This was such the perfect place for a weekend getaway! Super close to the beach and the sound and the bikes were a great additional!

We had such a great visit staying with Kristy! It was like staying with a family friend- she was so flexible with our late check-in, she was welcoming and accommodating. She had great recommendations for places to check out and even offered us beach extras like umbrellas, blankets, surfboards, and more. She made us feel right at home from the minute we arrived! The place is exactly as described. Even though it’s attached to her home, the apartment is completely separate with its own entrance. You get a full size fridge, basic kitchen amenities, a comfy bed and even an extra trundle bed which is new! It was less than a 3 min drive to the beach which was so convenient, and surrounded by fun shops, restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. We would definitely return!

The location of this Airbnb was perfect and Gia the host provided ample recommendations and helpful information making our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. The accommodations were just like the pictures, very clean, and the hot tub was amazing. Would love to stay here again on our next visit to OBX.

The home was clean and instructions were very easy to follow. Since we were looking for a peaceful location on this trip, it fit the bill. The view was worth the cost. We knew there would be others around, as it was described accurately and clearly as a condo community. Supplies were very sufficient for us, and the owners were responsive. Enjoyed this trip!
