Holiday rentals with beach access in Dundee

The location was ideal. Close to many restaurants and a short walk to all of the historic sites. St Andrews is a beautiful destination We would return here for sure.

lovely cottage for 2 people, the location in North street is perfect with free parking outside. The cottage is really well equipped including ironing board and iron...really useful as we were going to a wedding locally. Everything you would want in the kitchen too although we didnt coo as thete are so many lovely restaurants and pubs within walking distance. Would highly recommend this cottage and Gary was a great host checking in with us after we arrived to make sure everything was OK.

Lovely apartment in a nice location. Very comfortable bed.Just a few minutes walk into town and the cliffs. Alex was very quick to respond and sort out any problems.

Wee gem of an apartment in a quiet but very central part of Arbroath. Two mins from beach and easy stroll to shops and restaurants. Flat was very spacious and extremely well equipped. Comfortable bed and spotlessly clean. The dedicated parking was very convenient. We had a wonderful break and would love to return.

We (2 adults, 2 children under 6) stayed for roughly over a week and we had a great time there. The apartment looks as advertised, well the screen in the living room is actually much bigger than in the pictures, and it had the right size for us four and our needs during our stay. We also enjoyed the garden, playing there with the kids. The hosts are perfectly prepared, sending information and giving instructions at the right time, and answer promptly on every question. The neighborhood is a bit outside of and lower than the city center, and is therefore more quiet and relaxed, but the center is still easily accessible by foot, even with a stroller. We enjoyed the walk to East Sands through the forest and the playground there. Grocery shopping is, when not having a car, easiest in the city center. We can recommend the apartment 100% and would definitely return. Cheers Sebastian

2 Queens Terrace was a perfect apartment for our party of 8. The accommodations were very comfortable, and the location couldn't be beat as we could easily walk to a variety of restaurants or other popular St. Andrews sites. Mark and Jill were wonderful hosts. They've thought of many extra amenities by providing a few essentials in the fridge, some snacks & drinks, and things like charging cords and fans in each bedroom. We highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting St. Andrews.

A perfect stay in an ideal and very central location. The apartment had everything we needed (except perhaps a TV but actually we played cards instead which was more sociable!). Would definitely stay again. Flat was spotless and beds very comfortable.

Loved it, did not want to leave. We were made welcome by Hazel and Don And even there neighbours And not forgetting wee Douglas, Hazel and Don’s Wee dog 🥰🥰🥰

Had a great stay. Place was tidy and there was a high chair available for our youngan. Great location that's walkable to everything in Broughty Ferry. Parking on the street is limited, but plenty nearby along the waterfront.

Spotless house with plenty space. The location was ideal for our needs. You can choose where to shop, either en route or at the local Tesco. The walk along the estuary was brilliant for the cockapoo. He loved it.

Absolutely loved our stay here, so lovely to be so close to the beach!

Fabulous period property, extremely well appointed, top spec' appliances, with everything you need and more. Very spacious accomodation. Had a wonderful family get together, with pets. We all thoughroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful setting. Could have easily stayed longer.

This place is like a 5 star Hotel. Immaculate inside and every bed was given a big thumbs up by the family who all sept well. We had some milk, grapes and a scottish treat waiting for us on arrival and was shown around by the agency who looks after the property. Its was easy and everything was explained in detail. The view across the Tay is to die for and the sun shone for our visit. This house feels like a family home as soon as you walk in yet a fraction of the price for 4 rooms at a hotel. Highly recommend this place and if we come back to Scotland we will be checking this house out to stay. Its a real Gem of a find.

excellent property and location . easy parking and walkable access to golf club, we recommend a local restaurant The Rookery and Fish & Chip shop The Steeple. Great transport links with the railway nearby, roughly 2 hours into the heart of Edinburgh.

I stayed here for a short break. Stuart provided clear instructions how to find the property. I was within walking distance of local amenities, including what seemed to be some very nice restaurants and a beautiful beach. Ideal for a walk with my dog. Stuart also has a little dog who is impeccably well behaved and non casting. Other places I visited were Lunan Bay and Monikie Country Park. Both were ideal for a walk. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable and was an ideal base for my break. Stuart was a lovely host who was on hand to answer any questions I had regarding places to visit, etc. I hope to return at some point. Thank you Stuart.

Hamish’s place was fabulous , it’s a compact wee flat but everything you need is provided. Good links to train and bus to Dundee takes around 15-20 mins and lovely walk down to the river . I really appreciated the hairdryer when I forgot to bring mine ! Great host , met the next morning at check out and took time to ask if all was ok . Would recommend for a single person or couple if staying in the area.

Heather’s place was fabulous (if not the) best Airbnb that we’ve stayed in. Everything was quality, beautiful high ceilings, the furnishings, bed and linens, towels, sofas and so on were fantastic. The kitchen was well equipped. Oil, spices, salt, pink pepper, tea, coffee, milk, coffee pods, and even breakfast cereals. The bathroom had lovely shampoos, conditioner, and so on. There was a small torch on the bedside table for those who need it. Heather’s place has really spoiled us for other holiday accommodation. Excellent location right in the heart of Broughty. Double glazing keeps the noise down on a busy street. We would definitely stay again.

What an amazing apartment this is! Spread over two floors it has a penthouse en-suite (6th floor) commanding stunning views of the River Tay. On the 5th floor a spotless and well equipped kitchen /dining /sitting room has another balcony overlooking the river. The rest of the accommodation boasts a double ensuite bedroom, a twin bedroom plus the main bathroom shower as well as a generous entrance area. Centrally located just a few minutes from pubs restaurants, bus station and the V&A. It is a five star find! Jacqueline & John are genial & welcoming hosts. A most wonderful experience.

We only stayed one night - checked in late and left early between two busy (and wonderful) days of golf. But if you are staying in Carnoustie- this is a great place to stay. Property is immaculate and accommodations and beds were great. View is straight out over the green and to the sea within 1 minute walk to the Carnoustie clubhouse. Parking was easy in the back and access was easy (you are up 3 flights of stairs) - but the view overcomes that issue quickly! If I was coming back to Carnoustie I would definitely recommend staying in Gray’s property.

Morna was an excellent host and very responsive to our needs.The location is stunning and the sound of the waves crashing on the beach is a great way to start your day with a fresh cup of coffee. The apartment is lovely with great appliances and comfy beds. Wonderful area to walk and explore. Easy 10 minute walk into Broughty Ferry. Will absolutely be back :)
