Bright detached apartment in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine, quietly located in the countryside. Accessible through the garden (shared use possible). We are a family of 5 with a playful dog and 2 cats and are happy to give tips for a nice holiday. We are hosts with body and soul. The city center (cathedral...) is easily accessible by public transport and by bike (can be provided). Shops serving everyday needs can be found within walking distance. Enjoy the original flair in the lovingly restored half-timbered house. Great location with sun terrace at the Ahrquelle, lake and various restaurants. Jakobsweg, Eifelsteig and Ahrradweg cross here. You'll have the entire upper part of the house to yourselves! The apartment is not lockable as it is an emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! In this apartment with its own entrance you can feel completely comfortable. All floors are made of natural wood, the walls of clay brick, the room atmosphere very pleasant. On the southwest balcony you have a wonderful view over the wildly maintained property, the forest and the neighbor's fallow deer enclosure. Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

Modern, light-flooded, well-maintained apartment with a view of the Venn. Separate entrance house number 13b. On the 1st floor, there is the living and dining room, the bathroom, the bedroom for two people and on request with baby cot. Our sofa bed for two more people is located in the gallery. Hikers and cyclists are only 300m from the Venn, Ravel and Velo cycle paths. In the nearby area is the Eifelsteig, Rursee, Monschau Altstadt and Vogelsang Castle.

Welcome to Bergheim! Beautiful 2-room, 52 square meters, in a 2-party house with private entrance. The apartment is on the second floor. A small hallway leads to the bedroom with double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and TV, as well as to the spacious living room with large dining table, TV, fold-out sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m). Adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen is a small balcony. The bathroom consists of a separate toilet, sink and a bathtub with shower.
