Our apartment is in the countryside on the outskirts of town. (Completion in January 2016). Apartment is on the 1st upper floor An electric charging station with 11 kW is available to you at the current electricity price. From the living-dining area you have access to the large balcony, which is on the south side. The living area is bright and filled with light. The bathroom is a small wellness oasis with sauna and rain shower. The sauna is used by our guests in summer and winter at no extra cost.

Its historical windows frame the view of a nature-protected rough meadow. The furnishings, which are focused on the essentials, let your thoughts come to rest. Approx. 80 meters from the waggon there is a toilet and shower as well as cooking facilities with a filled beverage fridge. The romantic old town of Dinkelsbühl can be reached by foot in 20 minutes.

Very spacious apartment. . Washing machine was very handy and clothes drying rack big enough to hang a load of washing. Kitchen worked well to prepare our own dinner and breakfast. Bathroom was great - spacious and shower had good water pressure! We enjoyed the big dining table. Bedroom without window did not bother us. Instructions for check-in was very clear. We enjoyed our stay at Max’s apartment.

Ute is very friendly, kind and uncomplicated; the apartment is something special, not least due to artistic furnishings, and the small terrace/garden with the wonderful roses is very appealing - I would like to come back again.

We felt very comfortable in this apartment! The location is simply top – super close to the center of beautiful Dinkelsbühl. Parking outside the city wall was not a problem at all. There are great restaurants with delicious food nearby. The apartment was clean, modernly furnished, and the bathroom was great. The communication with Anita was also excellent, even with special requests. We found it particularly convenient that you could drive directly by car to unload the stuff. Thanks for a great stay!

Nadja’s place is superbly located, just a few steps outside of the medieval Innenstadt, which made for easy car-less sightseeing of beautiful Dinkelsbühl. And we adored having morning coffee overlooking the quiet, lily-pad filled river. There are even friendly ducks that came over to say hello :) The riverfront space is shared with a couple other residents in the building, but they were friendly and welcoming, and we only encountered someone once. The space is comfortable, modern and clean. Nadja is a lovely host; prompt, helpful and friendly with her communication. Gerne wieder!

We absolutely loved our stay at this historic home! It was in the heart of the old town and walkable to so many great places. The house itself is the best of both worlds with historic character and all the modern conveniences, great kitchen and bathrooms, etc. The house was well stocked and clean. The host, Rainer, was helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay there again next time we are in Dinkelsbuhl!
