En 2027: Piscine chauffée du 26 Mars au 1er Novembre inclus. Gîte de 115m2 + grande terrasse de 24 m² surplombant Le Loir situé à 2,5kms du Zoo. Capacité du logement 12 pers avec le canapé convertible dans le salon (10 pers avec les 4 ch).

Kitchenette avec plaque électrique, réfrigérateur, cafetière, quelques accessoires de cuisine, tv avec chaînes de base , wifi et canapé.
