Le Gîte "La Terrasse du Loir" est privatif (ouvert depuis 2021), piscine privative également et sans vis-à-vis. La piscine et l'abri télescopique ont été installés en 2022, elle est chauffée à 29° En 2026: Piscine chauffée du 27 Mars au 1er Novembre inclus. En 2027: Piscine chauffée du 26 Mars au 1er Novembre inclus. Gîte de 115m2 + grande terrasse de 24 m² surplombant Le Loir situé à 2,5kms du Zoo. Capacité du logement 12 pers avec le canapé convertible dans le salon (10 pers avec les 4 ch).

Bienvenue à la ferme! Nous vous accueillons dans la maison spacieuse, confortablement équipée, entièrement rénovée, au cœur de la vallée du Loir, au calme. Vous trouverez aux alentours de multiples activités ( sportives, détente, nature, randonnées, etc...) Zoo de la Flèche à 20 min, 25 min du circuit des 24H, 25 min des parcours de golf des 24H et de Baugé, château du Lude, Le Loir à vélo, le lac de Mansigné. Que vous veniez avec votre tribu, ou entre amis, vous vous sentirez comme chez vous !

Studio 25 m2, ds village calme. Convient pour 2 ad+2 enfants. Lit king size 160x200. Kitchenette avec frigo, machine à café avec capsules fournies, réchaud "camping gaz" qui permet de dépanner, et micro ondes grill. Petite salle d'eau fonctionnelle. 20 min zoo de La Flèche, 8 kms de Durtal. Située à 400m du centre du village, petite cité de caractère ayant toutes les commodités (boulangerie, boucherie, supérette, bar, ouverts même le Dimanche matin; pharmacie et maison médicale), notre maison indépendante, de plein pied, sa cour fermée et son grand jardin, vous accueillera volontiers. L’été, dans le village, vous pourrez profiter de la piscine municipale et sa base de loisirs. Vous serez à 15mn du zoo de La Fleche, et du château du Lude, et 35mn du circuit des 24h du Mans
