You are warmly welcome in log cabin de Merel on our cozy little Estate Camping near Dwingelderveld National Park and Weerribben-Wieden. The campsite, with 8-10 places, is located at the rear of the monumental manor farm. In the former haystack, there is a unique can museum and country restaurant in the summer months. The beds are made up upon arrival, and towels and kitchen towels are provided. In consultation, we will bring clean towels and kitchen towels.

Lekker spetteren met de kinderen of samen 's avonds sterren kijken vanuit het warme water. In de woonkamer staat een boeken- en spelletjeskast voor volwassenen. Als extra luxe, hebben wij een heuse opgietsauna mét infraroodlampen en een zeer gebruiksvriendelijke hottub op biobrandstof, om van te genieten. Er zijn geen faciliteiten op het park. Restaurants en supermarkten zijn op slechts minuten rijden.

Waking up in the morning with the panoramic view over the Linde valley, perhaps Bregje and Berdien will walk past our gentle sheep! The chalet has a beautiful location where space and tranquility come together. It is a perfect base for walks in one of the park forests of Oldeberkoop or a nice bike ride to Appelscha, for example. In the evening, with a little luck, you can see the deer appear at dusk!
