Das Sofa im Wohnbereich lässt sich als zusätzliche Schlafgelegenheit nutzen, sodass bis zu vier Personen Platz finden. Restaurants, Cafés, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten & der Strand sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

This colorful & chic 80 m² apartment is filled with vintage treasures, high ceilings, original details, a large kitchen island, and beautiful stained glass doors. You’ll be staying in a charming historic townhouse in the lively Schildersbuurt neighborhood, just a short walk from Groningen’s city center, great restaurants, and the Noorderplantsoen park right around the corner.

Das Dünenschlößchen ist direkt an der Oberen Strandpromenade am Strand von Wangerooge. Die Gastronomie, Geschäfte und ein schöner Golfplatz sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Ferienwohnung muss derzeit von unseren Gästen am Abreisetag selbst gereinigt werden womit die Reinigungskosten unserer Ferienwohnung von 140 EURO entfällt und nur die Reinigungsgebühr für Bettwäsche und Handtücher von 45 EURO unter "Gebühr für Bettwäsche" berechnet werden (Information unter "zusätzliche Regeln").

We have another highlight for you: As a daytime activity, our stand-up paddling offer awaits you at the Hooksiel inland deep.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway at the brand new summer cottage. The cottage was completed in 2023 and has everything you need. Lovely bedrooms, a modern kitchen, a nice living room and beautiful nature. There is WiFi, TV, underfloor heating, modern kitchen and there are no less than 3 bedrooms. It is one of the most beautiful places on the lake with the particularly beautiful evening sun over the beautiful Paterswoldsemeer. It is a rare and quiet place.

On 78 square meters, you have two bedrooms (2 bedrooms with double beds, a sofa bed in the living area), a modern bathroom + another toilet, the light-flooded living-dining area for up to 6 people to spend a relaxing holiday together. The large terrace invites you to linger and offers direct access to the communal garden.

Our apartment is on the upper floor and is about 35 square meters. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the north beach. The center of Norderney with the Conversationshaus, the theater, various restaurants and shopping facilities is easily accessible on foot. We are not commercial landlords and live downstairs in the house ourselves.

Das Ferienhaus liegt am Rande einer bewaldeten privaten Wochenendsiedlung. Es ist großzügig geschnitten, hell, modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Paradiesisch ist es dort zu jeder Jahreszeit & perfekt für eine kurze oder längere Auszeit in der Idylle! Für die Sommermonate gibt es ein hauseigenes Standup-Paddling Board (SUP).
