New B&B in Groningen What was first used as a warehouse has been transformed into a B&B of no less than 75 m2 with the appearance of a loft, on the outskirts of Groningen. The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. This special vacation apartment impresses with its fantastic location – just one dune away from the beach. The town center, with shops, cozy cafes and a movie theater, is a few minutes away on foot. A tennis court and a goldfish pond are also close by. A bike trip to Domäne Bill with the legendary raisin bread is simply a must on Juist. The car-free island offers tranquility, nature and a fantastic 17-km beach. Look forward to relaxing vacation days/island moments.

The dune castle is right on the upper beach promenade on the beach of Wangerooge. Dining options, shops, and a beautiful golf course are within a few minutes' walk. Currently, our guests are required to clean the vacation rental themselves on the day of departure, which means that the €140 cleaning fee for our vacation rental is waived, and only the €45 cleaning fee for bedding and towels is charged under "Bedding fee" (information under "Additional rules").

Our apartment is located in the former living area of an old and extensively renovated Gulfhof, at the foot of the dike, in the midst of a nature reserve. High ceilings, thick beams, large wooden windows with a great view into the East Frisian landscape and a modern decor with great attention to detail make this apartment a place to come down and relax.

Our apartment is on the upper floor and is about 35 square meters. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the north beach. The center of Norderney with the Conversationshaus, the theater, various restaurants and shopping facilities is easily accessible on foot. We are not commercial landlords and live downstairs in the house ourselves.

This apartment (40 sqm) is bright, cozy and comfortable, as well as quiet and centrally located. It is decorated in a Scandinavian modern style and is ideal for couples and surfers. Please note that the apartment can be booked for a maximum of 2 adults. Unfortunately, there is no space for baby travel cots in the bedroom.
