Relax and/or work remotely (office chair, 24-inch monitor, etc.). The property is located on the first sea line and is situated in one of the best locations on Norderney. On approx. 32 m² there is a hallway, a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room with a foldaway bed and a pull-out 3-seater sofa.

The dune castle is right on the upper beach promenade on the beach of Wangerooge. Dining options, shops, and a beautiful golf course are within a few minutes' walk. Currently, our guests are required to clean the vacation rental themselves on the day of departure, which means that the €140 cleaning fee for our vacation rental is waived, and only the €45 cleaning fee for bedding and towels is charged under "Bedding fee" (information under "Additional rules").

Renovated with a lot of love for detail 04/25 and cozily furnished apartment, is located directly on the main beach and is easily accessible via the elevator. It impresses with its central yet quiet location. From the dining table and couch set you have a beautiful view of the open sea. Very well-equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom and lovingly furnished rooms. Perfect for switching off and enjoying the peace and quiet. Linens and towels are to be brought. It has a large swimming lake.
