Monthly Rentals in East Kootenay

We stayed at Lei’s townhome for 3 weeks while our home was undergoing renovations. Her place has a great layout with ample space, and it was beautifully clean and quiet - the perfect “home away from home.” We enjoyed walking around the pond and on the nearby pathways with views of the river. Lots of really nice playgrounds, too. Five stars!!

Amazing stay! I love this airbnb, everything is so clean and new there. The unit is really pretty. The host is super friendly and helpful! I recommend staying here cause my experience was wonderful. Super close to the airport, and really easy to get to downtown with bus too. Definitely will stay here again if I come back to Calgary, very lovely place and very nice host!

This apartment is stunning and right in the centre of downtown, within walking distance to all amenities and for those coming to enjoy stampede, it’s minutes walk from there. The highlight has to be the balcony, south facing for sunset & you have a gorgeous view of the Calgary tower. The apartment has everything you need and I felt extremely safe. Waseem on reception manages the building and he is extremely helpful. The parking space which comes with the apartment is right on the 1st floor and easily accessible. I can’t fault this place and the hosts are so lovely, very proactive, approachable and friendly. If you need anything they’re very responsive to messages too. I just want to say, a lot of reviews mention homeless outside, whilst you do see homeless people, having been here 2 months, it’s my opinion they’re harmless, they don’t bother you, and sadly this is in every city! The building managers secure the building to keep you safe. Trust me! Thank you Oscar and Ahmed 🙏🏼

I stayed here for an extended period and couldn’t have been happier. The condo is modern, bright, and well-equipped—perfect for a longer stay. Restaurants, cafes, and shops are right outside the door, with a 24-hour gym just across the street. It’s also a quick trip to 17th Ave for even more dining and nightlife options. The host was fantastic—super responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend for anyone needing comfort, convenience, and great city access.
