A great place with lots of character! Property was a little cold but the heaters helped to warm the rooms. Huge well equipped kitchen Plenty of hot water The area was lovely and peaceful and not to far from Edinburgh town

My sister and I stayed for a couple of days, and Camila went out of her way to accommodate us several times. She is a really great host! Our room was very clean and it’s in a great location from city centre. We mostly took the bus into Edinburgh (which is roughly only 9 miles from her place) and it was very easy to navigate. Overall, I would highly recommend her place to anyone on a budget, plus her cats are super cute!

Caroline's flat was in an excellent location next to the harbour and for accessing local amenities. The accommodation was in excellent order and very nicely decorated and furnished. The facilities in the accommodation were what we needed and more. The photos don't do just to it. Very near to Dunbar High Street (5 minutes walk). Good museums, pubs and restaurants. The community bakery in the High Street served excellent filled rolls for a picnic. Overall, we could not fault it.

Lovely clean house, wish I’d found it sooner

The property was on a quiet road 50 yds from the beach and easy walking distance from the main steer. It was clean & tidy and well furnished. There was a bottle of wine and some biscuits to welcome us. The kitchen was very well equipped. The sitting room very comfy and welcoming. I was worried that the property was on the ground floor with bedroom overlooking the street but I needn’t have! The street was extremely quiet. I would book thee again.

Nous avions une chambre pour 3 nuits chez Ann. Le logement se trouve en périphérie de Edinburgh, 30 minutes en train mais c'est assez rapide. La gare de Gorebridge est à environ 5min de marche jusqu'au logement. Ann est une hôte sympathique et bienveillante. Elle sait aussi se montrer discrète afin de nous laisser circuler dans pièces que nous partageons. Le petit déjeuner qu'elle nous prépare chaque matin est suffisant et bien appréciable. Nous recommandons ce logement sans hésiter !

A lovely place to stay for exploring North Berwick and the surrounding area. Close to the beach and the station, off-street parking, lovely high ceilings and spotlessly clean. Tasha is proactive in communicating and a great host. We’d love to come again another time.

Great little flat, in a nice and peacefull location.

Katy was a fantastic host and was very helpful in letting us check in early. The property was as in the pictures and the location perfect as we could walk to play our golf at Gullane The property has been beautifully renovated and all the little extras left by Katy were much appreciated. Perfect place for golf in sunny Gullane!

It is a lovely warm and cosy apartment which we very much enjoyed to stay in with our two children (aged 7 and 8 years). I ran along the beach every morning before sunrise and returned refreshed and ready to go. We enjoyed breakfast together every morning in the picnic bench style nook in the kitchen. Living room gets a lot of light during the day and very cosy in the evenings. It is a first floor apartment accessed from the side of the building. A great choice for North Berwick.

We had an outstanding 3-week stay at Bass Rock Beachside Flat! Michael was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our visit. The apartment exceeded all expectations - spotlessly clean, perfectly equipped with everything we needed, and absolutely breathtaking views of the Firth of Forth and iconic Bass Rock. The peaceful beachside location was ideal for exploring charming North Berwick while offering a tranquil retreat each evening. Comfortable furnishings, excellent kitchen amenities, reliable WiFi, and Michael's exceptional attention to detail made this truly unforgettable. The apartment proved perfect for our extended stay with convenient access to beaches, town center, and Edinburgh day trips. We're already planning our return visit to this gem. A beautiful and spacious apartment. The bedrooms were very comfortable and well equipped. Very impressive views. It was very easy to get a bus into the centre of Edinburgh. We really appreciated and highly recommend the jacuzzi bath after running the Edinburgh Marathon!! Bulhar was great with communication. Also some extra touches were really appreciated - shampoos,conditioner and shower gel and other toiletries available to use in the bathroom. Also some soft drinks and teas and coffees available as well, which was very generous. Would definitely recommend this lovely apartment.

The Secret Orchard is a substantial, historic building. Fabulous inside, with modern fitting but still retaining many of the original features. Very comfortable beds. We particularly enjoyed the garden (Matt's tomatoes made me jealous). My wife thought the chickens, running free, were gorgeous.

Martin and Charul's home is wonderful! Truly a historic, beautiful home. You can stay for one day or a month and feel at home immediately. We stayed with young children and the toy and book collection was amazing for giving us some time to relax while they played! Note that the stairs are steep, so those were a bit challenging for the kids. Definitely doable! We would stay again!

This was a large, comfortable apartment, perfectly located for walking all over town.

Jamie made sure we were welcomed into the house and gave us hints and tips for the local area. There was a problem with the heating when we arrived (start of the season niggles) but he had a sparky and plumber on site immediately. The house is a great location and Elie is so chilled with great places to eat and central for day trips to other beautiful villages such as Crail and Anstruther. The main living area works so well with kitchen, dining table and lounge area all together plus enough comfy seating for 8 to 10 people (a major failing in many houses with 4 or 5 beds). We all loved our time there

Perfect location! Right in the middle of everything and getting around is easy. The place was everything I needed, very comfortable. Loved the bed, best sleep I had since starting my trip 3 weeks ago!
