Monthly Rentals in East Perth

Ed place has been amazing for us! It is in a prime location and it gave us the opportunity to explore Perth with everything on its door step, yet within a peaceful location. Ed was overseas during our stay but someone was always on hand to help us during this time. Big shout out to fay! Not that we ever needed very much, as everything was pretty clear and it had everything we needed. Ed's place really gave us the set up we needed to start our new life in Perth! thank you so much!

I had a wonderful stay. The location was excellent. The free Cat bus was just outside with easy access to the city center. The train station was only a 15 min walk. If I ever come back to Perth I would definitely stay here again. A real home away from home.

We had a wonderful week at Marcella’s place in Perth! The home was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great—close to shops, cafes, and public transport, yet tucked away in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Marcella was a thoughtful and responsive host, providing clear instructions and helpful local tips. We especially appreciated the cozy outdoor area and the little touches that made us feel at home. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was as described, with a spacious balcony offering great views. Living area was a good size. The apartment is located in a quiet building with no noise issues. The area is pleasant for walking, with a park and river views nearby. An excellent French bakery is within a 10-minute walk (it is on Rachele's suggestion list). Rachele was responsive and helpful. Overall, a good experience.
