Holiday rentals with beach access in Eastbourne

Great apartment, so well located - walkable distance to town and the seafront. Really clean and spacious, great living room set up - well stocked kitchen if you want to stay in and cook. Dmitrijs was really responsive and offered an early check in too :) would stay here again.

Great stay, apartment was clean and had great amenities. That view is worth it all.

The apartment is stylish, comfortable and very clean. We loved the view and the space was great, high ceilings and period features. Having been to St Leonards before we knew that our favourite restaurants were walkable too. Moyra was a great host and very helpful and considerate about check in time, much appreciated.

As it turned out my wife & I caught a cold from Hell at the last moment, and because we were visiting an elderly relative in a care home and the other house guests are also of a certain age we decided not to go , but here is the comment from the two guests who stayed . “ Everything was fine, very well equipped, a little shabby in places, excellent position and parking worked well.” From my side Phil made everything run smoothly so I would not hesitate to recommend the apartment. Fabulous apartment in Brighton with the added bonus of a parking space. The location is great and the accommodation has everything you could need. Everything was cleaned to a high standard and the check-in instructions were top notch. Thank you for a great stay.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-appointed and had everything we could possibly have required. Our host was quick to respond to any questions and was very helpful. This is a great apartment with lots of room for 6 people. Highly recommended.

Was a lovely stay. Chris was extremely responsive with questions we had - being new to the area, we really appreciated it. Shower was very spacious and coffee machine came in handy. Short walk to the beach and food. We’re light sleepers so we struggled having the radiators on during the night, but other than that- an absolutely fantastic stay.

Great, private location. Easy/smooth check-in. Communicative and accommodating hosts, providing plentiful information of things to do and recommendations for the local area.

Thank you Rachel for allowing our family of four to stay in your beautiful home. We had everything we needed for the perfect stay. The house was so inviting, clean and smelled wonderful. The cooking equipment in the kitchen was so handy as we cooked many meals there. The weather was hit and miss during our stay but it was great to cosy up in the house, play games and watch movies together. You were always on hand if we needed anything and so quick to respond. Thank you again for being a fab host. x

Super friendly host and lovely place!!

Spent a lovely and peaceful family weekend at Simone’s place. Upon arriving the Airbnb was very clean and tidy, looked just like the photos with some added personal touches in the kitchen (thank you). A lovely view over the beach which was so much calmer and peaceful in comparison to others beaches further along. 10 minute walk to the high street with some very nice independent shops. Simone was flexible on checkout which was great for us as we had nice weather the weekend we visited. 🙂 Would highly recommend, and I would definitely return!

A delightful beach cabin experience. I booked this beautiful home for a recent girls trip. Sofia allowed us to get access early as several of us had come on overnight flights. The home is easily locatable and perfectly situated. We spent four nights, enjoying long dinners at the dining room table, sitting on the back deck, enjoying the stunning view and sleeping peacefully in the lovely bedroom. Sofia was responsive throughout our visit, and even let us check out a little bit later than planned so we could further enjoy the beach. note that this is a very low tide beach. If you’re hoping to swim, you will likely need to go to another part of the beach. The water is ankle deep goes out at that level for a very long way. The kitchen is very well appointed, the beds are super comfortable. I am a stickler for having decent hot water for a nice bath, and that was not a problem at all. Thank you so much to Sofia and her partner. We look forward ved every minute.

Fantastic historic cottage in a perfect spot to explore Rye...situated by the stunning church, close to the cannons you can soak up the history.

Wendy-Jane was an exceptional host, her home was beautiful and very cozy, with a gorgeous and very friendly cat. We loved the surroundings and the scenery. Wendy had a stunning selection of books on her shelves and CDs in her collection. The home was perfect for us, and we would love to return. The hot tub is an great addition and it was lovely to chill out in at the end of the day. There's lots to do in the surrounding area with a very charming in right opposite the house and another pub down the road with an abadondoned castle next door. And a short drive from both Hastings and Eastbourne made for a perfect weekend get away!!

Catherine's kittiwakes air bnb was fantastic. I was a little apprehensive booking Kittiwakes air b n b for the size of our family however it was a perfect size with the added benefit of storing luggage etc in the garage! Catherine's attention to detail is superb we very much enjoyed our stay.

Amazing, responsive, accommodating and understanding host :) We accidentally checked in 2 hours early as we didn't read the instructions quite closely, thinking that we had to check in *before* 3pm instead of after! Thankfully, the cleaner that arrived at the time and David himself were completely understanding and extremely kind and understood! The apartment is clean, beautiful and next to amazing locations that are easily walkable. Definitely worth the price and an exemplary place to stay at :)

We had a great stay here! Such a good location for exploring Brighton. The flat is lovely and bright, spacious, with everything we needed. The bed is really comfortable and we loved sitting in the living room looking out of the floor to ceiling windows. Thank you!

I had a really lovely stay! Paul was really responsive over message and flexible in letting me drop luggage and check in early as the flat was ready due to an early check out. The flat is so well stocked and Paul goes above and beyond, supplying bread, milk eggs, cereals etc and the bathroom is stocked with everything you need should you forget anything. Location is very near the train station and St Leonards and Hastings is lovely. I found a lot of things were closed on a Sunday or Monday but there was still a lot to wander around and I loved the peacefulness.

Very happy with our stay , a lovely clean flat ,great location ,couldn't ask for more , responsive owners which always makes life easier.

Beautiful spotless apartment, with fantastic sea views, all the mod cons and amenities and free parking further down the street. Susan was very friendly, prompt and helpful in her comms. Loved the top floor arrangement with dressing room and walk in shower. Handy folder of pamphlets and takeaway brochures helped us plan our stay.

Kimberley was an excellent host, extremely responsive and so helpful and understanding. she gave lots of tips for the area and the property is in the very centre of Hastings, right on the seafront and next to old town. This does come with slight noise that you would expect being on a main road, but the property is really funky and unique inside - love the decor and location. perfect Hastings get away - visit the fire fields!

This was such a lovely flat! Gorgeous view, close to town, seafront and West Cliff. I loved the little balcony and garden at the back, it was a sun trap and so peaceful. The flat is super clean and has everything you need, had the best stay!

Just got back from a 2 night stay and we had a really lovely time. We came down for a concert at The De la Warr Pavilion. Owen came out to greet us and showed us round. Both were very friendly and the extra special touches like milk and biscuits were really appreciated. The place was spotless and very comfortable.
