Beachfront holiday rental in Eastbourne

Beautiful flat! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again when we next come to Brighton!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Clair's cottage! It was cozy, yet spacious, and had everything we needed. Our toddler loved the backyard and it was great to be so close to the shore and to more amenities and shopping in central Worthing. Clair also made special care to welcome our dog with treats and a dog bed which she loved. We are so happy to have spent a few days at Clair's and hope to be back! Thank you again, Clair!

I had a really lovely stay! Paul was really responsive over message and flexible in letting me drop luggage and check in early as the flat was ready due to an early check out. The flat is so well stocked and Paul goes above and beyond, supplying bread, milk eggs, cereals etc and the bathroom is stocked with everything you need should you forget anything. Location is very near the train station and St Leonards and Hastings is lovely. I found a lot of things were closed on a Sunday or Monday but there was still a lot to wander around and I loved the peacefulness.

Spent a lovely and peaceful family weekend at Simone’s place. Upon arriving the Airbnb was very clean and tidy, looked just like the photos with some added personal touches in the kitchen (thank you). A lovely view over the beach which was so much calmer and peaceful in comparison to others beaches further along. 10 minute walk to the high street with some very nice independent shops. Simone was flexible on checkout which was great for us as we had nice weather the weekend we visited. 🙂 Would highly recommend, and I would definitely return!

Just got back to normality, from what felt like being in another world. The view from the apartment was stunning, two nights just wasn’t enough ! Fantastic place to stay, everything we needed and so relaxing. Loads to do in the area so time flew by. Highly recommend this place. Thank you Anna you are a star for sharing it with us !

Amazing place right on the beach - fun driving through the sunbathers to the house which was the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort.

Thank you Mathew for allowing us to stay with our dogs. Even though our stay was an emotional one, we felt right at home and that made things a whole lot easier. Being Autistic with other disabilities/difficulties, it can be very hard travelling and staying away at different locations. From the moment we arrived we felt like we belonged which really helped me to cope, thank you We loved the basement apartment, it was perfect from everything it offered, to the unique quaintness of its character, to how quiet it was, to feeling so warm and inviting. We look forward to returning again

We had a wonderful stay at your place. The bed was so comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep. The swimming pool was stunning and the lovely warm temperature made it very relaxing. We stayed over the bank holiday weekend as a family of 3 and throughly enjoyed staying at Herons Nest! Jill’s communication prior to our booking was brilliant and extremely helpful. The caravan had everything we needed for our stay, including some complimentary snacks & drinks! We enjoyed playing with the selection of games and our son did lots of colouring in. Romney Park offers many activities for children and the evening entertainment was brilliant. We would highly recommend Heron’s Nest and hope to stay in the future. Thanks again to Jill & Geoff! Absolutely stunning location with an amazing view overlooking farmland, but only a short walk on to camber sands beach (2 minutes). We sat out every night and watched the sunset over the back of the caravan listening to all the wildlife. It's in a busy park but tucked in a corner so you wouldn't even know! The park itself was so good for the kids, loads of activities and entertainment on site to keep them occupied! The caravan is nicely laid out with lots of room for everyone (family of 5 + dog). We would definitely visit again!

Dolly’s Delight was an absolute treat. We very kick enjoyed our stay there. Superb accommodation, with luxurious bedding, 2 good showers, very well equipped and with a view of the sea. By night the stars shone brightly. The Bay is a lovely quiet park but with the benefit of the facilities at the main park 1 mile up the road. We ate at The Boathouse one evening and the food was very good with some good choices for children. We’ll definitely be booking again. Thanks Jenny.

A lovely little apartment close to the seafront and next to our favourite pub!! The flat was clean, and had everything we needed. The only slight issue was finding the building but Bec has said she’ll amend the instructions!! It was a bit noisy between 11pm-midnight and then when the nightclubs emptied, but we weren’t too disturbed. It is very close to a great range of restaurants, the Lanes and the pier. A fantastic base for exploring beautiful Brighton!

Lovely place, within walking distance to the amenities, very clean, loved the games in the cupboard. Very well equipped and the bunny population was an added bonus! We highly recommend

Stayed for 2 nights with friends, was a lovely apartment - very spacious and clean. Also had sea views from the window, and is on the main street so easy to access. TV has disney+ and other subscription services. Things to note is that you have to walk up 2 flights of stairs to get to the property and that there's an induction hob (can be a bit of a learning curve) A wonderful stay with a very friendly and communicative host

Lovely location especially in good weather. Ate all meals in the garden with amazing sea view. Spacious and comfortable, well equipped. Restaurants and shops all in walking distance. Would definately recommend.

Really close to the station, bars restaurants and supermarkets 1 min away, close enough to the sea front, walk in 10 mins, quiet in the evenings

Wow - the apartment was clean, comfy and had just about everything you could wish for! The food etc left for us was amazing too 😁 The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. It was so peaceful and relaxing we didn't want to leave! Wish we had booked for longer so we will definitely be back again soon 😁😁

Joanne is an extremely understanding person. I complained about the TV not working and the real reason was that at the time I put the TV on it was the internet that was the problem. When I realised this and apologised for my mistake Joanne was very kind to me in her response. I would certainly stay again
