Modern two bedroomed, separate accommodation with studio kitchen comprising of a combination oven, double hob, fridge and sink. There is also a kettle and toaster, cutlery etc. Youngs garden stable block is on the edge of a charming old village in East Sussex, within striking distance of Bateman's ( home of Rudyard Kipling ) and many other historic sites such as Bodiam castle, Scotney castle, and many more. The village is approximately a 10 minute walk and has 2 pubs and a small supermarket.

Beautiful barn on the South Downs Way

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.

The Sea Room at Lion House

The Sea Room is a glorious 2-bedroom flat situated on Marina in St. Leonards. The flat is incredibly spacious, has wonderful views and an extraordinary terrace, making it one of the most unique flats in the area. PLEASE NOTE: For those who have been following news of our building restoration, we are very happy to report that the scaffolding is now down and our beautiful views fully restored. The Stables at Boreham House

The Stables is a converted self-catering cottage in what was the original stables and coach house of Boreham House bed and breakfast and is ideal for couples or families. Inside the cottage the accommodation has been renovated to a very high standard while retaining much of the original character. The cottage is set in beautiful East Sussex countryside within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Contemporary Barn Annex.

Originally built in 1871, this converted contemporary barn annex has one en suite double bedroom, and one double sofa bed, which is in the open plan living and dining area, so we can accommodate 2 plus 2 (family friendly) It has a fully fitted kitchen. Set in a peaceful country village with a wonderful village shop, close to Lewes. We no longer provide breakfast but we do supply welcome items.

Tucked away at the end of a quiet farm track, The Piggery is a cosy, detached hideaway on our Sussex farm. With a wood-burning stove, open-plan living space, well-equipped kitchen, and private garden, it’s perfect for a relaxing countryside break. Surrounded by rolling hills and stunning sunsets, it’s the ideal spot to unwind and enjoy the peace and beauty of rural East Sussex.

A comfortable and spacious seaside cottage in a quiet cul-de-sac within easy walking distance of Eastbourne's splendid seafront. Theatres, art gallery, sporting venues, town centre, Beachy Head and the South Downs national park for excellent views and downland walking, are all nearby. Free on street parking outside the cottage and surrounding area.

Welcome to The Jungle retreat

The Jungle is a peaceful self-contained one-bed barn conversion in the grounds of our village house. It takes its' name from the colourful collection of animal curios we have collected and will delight anyone with a sense of fun and adventure. Guests have commented that the property is much larger than the photographs suggest.

A self-contained studio in Firle Village, with king size double bed and en-suite shower room. The studio is 3 miles from Glyndebourne and a short walking distance to Firle Place for weddings. Charleston, the South Downs Way, Lewes, Brighton and Eastbourne are easily accessible. Glynde Station is 25 minutes walk.
