Apartment right on Lake Mondsee

The apartment with private entrance is located directly on Lake Mondsee with picturesque views of the Schafberg. In the immediate vicinity (about 200 to 300 m) separated only by the waterfront road, there are two public swimming facilities that can be reached on foot or by bike. The public beach Loibichl is about 3 km away and the center of Mondsee is 8 km away. The festival city of Salzburg can be reached in 30 minutes by car. Mountains and surroundings invite hiking and biking.

Das Hazel ist eine gemütliche und familienfreundliche Ferienwohnung am Fusse des Galhofkogels mit großzügigem Garten und herrlichem Blick auf die umliegenden Berge. Auf 100qm Wohnfläche finden sich zwei Schlafzimmer, Sauna, Terrasse und Garten. Das Stadtzentrum Bad Aussee mit vielen Events liegt in Fußnähe. Beliebte Ausflugsziele wie der Grundlsee, Toplitzsee, Altausseersee, Ödensee, Loser, Hallstadt und die Tauplitz sind in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar.

Whether a family vacation is on the agenda, you just want to enjoy the peace and sun or want to be really active in sports: everyone gets their money's worth with us! Im Winter könnt ihr am nahegelegenen Feuerkogel Skifahren und Schneeschuhwandern, während der Traunsee im Sommer zum Schwimmen, Segeln und Surfen einlädt. Mietet ein SUP und erkundet den See auf eigene Faust – ein unvergessliches Erlebnis direkt vor der Haustür!

Feel comfortable in our quiet and well-located place. Lake Traun is just minutes away on foot and beautiful peaks await practically at your doorstep. The king size bed is so cozy you hardly want to get out of bed. An espresso from the fully equipped kitchen gives you momentum for your vacation day. If you have a small child with you, we will gladly provide you with a high chair and crib - free of charge, of course.

Penthouse Obertraum Mountain View Lake Hallstatt

This lovingly designed duplex with covered terrace and large balcony was completely rebuilt in 2022 and offers you everything you need for a memorable stay in the mountains. The apartment is located in the center of Obertraun in the immediate vicinity of picturesque Lake Hallstatt as well as the entrance to the Dachstein-Krippenstein ski resort and is also easily accessible by train.

Cozy 2 bed - Skiing/Hiking/Cycling/Fishing getaway

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. You have a private Garden and Balcony to relax in outdoors. Local supermarkets (Billa, Unimarkt, Adeg) and restaurants are < 5 mins walking distance. Kasberg ski resort is ~15 mins away with bus transport available close to the house. Almsee and Traunsee, stunningly beautiful lake destinations, are 15 mins away by car.

'dasBergblick'

The vacation home dasBergblick is situated in a quiet location and offers plenty of feel-good atmosphere with direct views of the Hoher Sarstein. The Ausseerland lakes and the "Loser" ski resort are a few minutes drive away - snowshoe hikes, walks and bike rides are possible directly from the house. We can accommodate up to 4 people.

Chalet 49 Nesselgraben Niki, with a large balcony

The new wooden block building, built in traditional architecture and insulated with sheep wool, is located in the idyllic lakes and Salzkammergut area near the Salzburgring. The bus stop towards Salzburg or Bad Ischl is only a 7-minute walk away. From here you can reach all sights or excursion destinations in about half an hour.

Bergzeit Gosau

Our vacation home with sauna and hot tub is located in beautiful Gosau am Dachstein in Upper Austria. The entire width of the living room is glazed and offers a stunning view of the Gosaukamm. The discreet kitchen in the living room has everything you need for cooking. The spacious bedroom can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.
