Less than 10 minutes from Terra Botanica, Atoll. 1 hour from Puy du Fou and 45 minutes from La Flèche Zoo. The Space: Studio on land, private access. Accommodation comprising 1 bed of 160 + sofa bed. Equipped kitchen, shower room. We provide bed linens and bath linens.

Located in an annex of our house, our small 14 m2 studio/duplex awaits you for your tourist or business stays. It includes, on the ground floor, the kitchen and toilet; upstairs, the bedroom and its bathroom (be careful, the staircase is a little steep). Located close to the Nantes-Paris axis, Terra Botanica, public transport and shops. We ensure 24-48 hours of non-occupancy between two guests in order to best respect the health conditions. The tram, a supermarket and parking are nearby.
