Ground Flat Close to city

This traditional Edinburgh tenement was built in 1886 and is a short walk to both Murryfield and Tynecastle stadiums. It is a 10 minute bus or Uber ride to Edinburgh city centre and buses run every 7-10 mins. It’s pretty spacious for a two bedroom flat and has high ceilings and large windows. I have a single and double room so it sleeps 3 comfortably. However with additional sofa bed in the lounge, it can sleep up to 5. Im a huge dog lover, so your (well behaved) pooch is very welcome too!

Bright, sunny, ground floor house, front & rear garden, private driveway (driveway only avail at weekends). Situated in quiet cul de sac, 200 meters from Leith Walk and 15 min walk from Princess Street (Edinburgh’s main shopping street, right in the centre of Edinburgh). Traditional style kitchen, modern bathroom, large living room area with luxury sofas, cable TV and fireplace. Master bedroom has large fitted wardrobe and double bed, single bedroom has large wardrobe, single bed and TV.

There is the opportunity to SUP or kayak if the mood takes you! Two regaular buses will take you to the centre if you so desire.
