The 2-room apartment is equipped with everything (washing machine, Wi-Fi...) needed for a cozy stay. It is located on a quiet side street in Alt-Neckarau. From the health food store, supermarket, bistros, restaurants, bank and post office... everything is within walking distance and with a bike (can be rented) you can reach the Rhine or lake in 10 minutes. The city or the train station can be reached by line 1 (2 min.) or line 7 (15 min.) travel time 14 minutes. Bus line/Neckarau train station (7-minute walk).

Apartment to feel good in the heart of the old town

Quiet apartment, 45 m², in a completely renovated house, built in 1850, in the middle of the historic old town of Ladenburg. Cozy and furnished to feel good. Restaurants and cafes are right outside the front door. The Neckar and the train station are within walking distance. Heidelberg and Mannheim can easily be reached in about 15 minutes by train. Bikes can be stored in the courtyard, where you can also sit nicely in the summer. For loading and unloading, the car can be parked right in front of the house.

Idyllic small apartment in a quiet location

Our nice little apartment is located in a beautiful green part of Mannheim in Niederfeld. You have the opportunity to take a walk in the forest, by the lake (Stollenwörthweiher) or along the Rhine. The shops for everyday needs as well as the stops are about 500 m from the front door. There are a couple of restaurants and bakeries nearby. The city center of MA and the main train station can be reached in 10 minutes by tram line 3. Heidelberg can be reached in 30 minutes.

Central to Rhine-Neckar and Odenwald

The optimal transport connections by car, public transport or bicycle make MA-Seckenheim the ideal starting point for visiting concerts and trade fairs in Mannheim. The SAP Arena and the Maimarkt fairground are just a few minutes away. Heidelberg, Schwetzingen and Ladenburg are further attractions in the immediate vicinity. Hikers get their money's worth in the Odenwald. Those travelling for work will also appreciate the central location. It couldn't be more versatile!

Very close to the Neckar, you can stay in a beautiful Art Nouveau villa overlooking a quiet garden area. The old town is about 20 minutes' walk. In addition to the bedroom, there is a kitchen and shower room, which you can use alone. On the same floor we have two work or guest rooms that we use mainly during the day. Breakfast can be prepared in the kitchen. Please do not cook large meals on the stove. Please open the window when cooking!!

The 1-room apartment with kitchen and bathroom is located in a listed building, part of an entire listed courtyard. The apartment is completely renovated. Since it is a large bed, a child could easily sleep in the middle; however, there are two mattresses. The town of Edingen is located directly on the Neckar and is centrally located to Heidelberg and Mannheim.

Cozy attic apartment

We rent our small cozy attic apartment in the heart of Edingen. In the immediate vicinity you will find the Edekamarkt, tram line 5, which takes you to beautiful Heidelberg (20 minutes) or to the square city of Mannheim (30 minutes) in no time. You can also walk directly from your accommodation in 5 minutes towards the Neckar to take a nice walk there.

Central apartment between HD and MA

From this centrally located accommodation, you are in no time at all the important places. Indoor swimming pool and small 24/7 supermarket within walking distance (about 300 m). By public transport you can quickly get to Heidelberg and Mannheim. We have a total of 3 dogs living on the property, which are also temporarily in the common courtyard.

Close to the center two-room apartment with kitchen, bathroom and living room with balcony. The tram stop is right outside the front door. Mannheim Central Station is a 7-10 minute walk or 2 tram stops away. The Rhine promenade in the area invites you to jog or walk. Free parking is a 10-minute walk away.
