Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful condo in Seabrook Island! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The unit was exactly as described—clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Lecian was a wonderful host—warm, responsive, and attentive. She promptly answered all our questions and made communication a breeze. We appreciated the thoughtful welcome gesture: a snack basket and a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived—such a pleasant surprise! We had planned to grill one evening but noticed the gas tank was nearly empty. Lecian wasted no time and had a replacement tank delivered the very same day. She also graciously offered us a late checkout on our departure day, which was very much appreciated. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the Beach Club. We enjoyed taking the provided bicycles on a quick five-minute ride to the club to relax by the pool and dine at Pelicans Nest. Can't wait to return!

The host was fabulous and attentive throughout the booking and our stay. The home was impeccable, conveniently located and had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and leisurely beach vacay!

We had the best time! We arrived late in the evening but were able to get right in and get settled. I went right to the pool, not to swim, just to enjoy the view! The house was perfect! So much natural light with the large windows and skylights! Everyone had plenty of room in the bedrooms. The games were great! We had 4 "kids" ages 23, 22, 21, and 20 and 2 kids for a couple of days ages 5 and 9. They played pool, ping pong, and foosball everyday. I enjoyed my morning coffee by the pool everyday, under the covered back porch when it rained. The house was super close to most of our activities, including the beach! LuKa was super responsive to my many questions! If we ever make it back to Savannah we will stay here again!

This is our second time back and it was amazing! Perfect spot for a trip with kids - separate den area to play in, clean and comfortable bedrooms, huge pool with ledges around the sides for the littlest ones, and so close to everything we wanted to get to. The kitchen was fully stocked, plenty of pool supplies, and we loved how tucked away in a quiet neighborhood it was. My kids loved that every night they could see the jets flying overhead too. Steven was a wonderful host and we can’t wait to come back again!

Absolutely beautiful home in the heart of Edisto Beach! Easy access to the bike path, directly in front of the house. Short walk to the beach, approximately 5 minutes. The backyard is so dreamy with a pristine pool, oak trees and Spanish moss shading the area. We loved our visit and hope to return!

Communication with the property owner was great. The property was advertised perfectly and value priced. We had a blast and will try to return in the future.

Nice house, very clean with comfortable beds and great views of the beach! Very short walk past a couple of houses and then across the road to the beach. The large open kitchen was the most well-stocked we’ve ever experienced! There were even fresh flowers on the table when we arrived. Lots of space and tons of games, dvds, books, and puzzles. Definitely kid friendly. There was a beach wagon, kids water table, and 8-10 beach chairs. This house was better than the pictures! Definitely would stay here again!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Mimi’s Place was beautiful, clean, and exactly what my family needed for an amazing vacation. Len was always so quick to respond to messages, and answered all of our questions. We would absolutely stay here again, and definitely recommend this home!

Beautiful surroundings and views of the Marsh! Extremely close to Hunting Island and all that it offers. Several local flavor restaurants within a 3 to 5 minute drive. Easy drive into Historic Beaufort. We will be back!

Beautiful beach house! Layout was amazing! We had a great time playing ping pong and enjoying the yard downstairs. Loved having the bike path in our backyard.

Outstanding. The home is beautiful and comfortable. Very spacious with great outdoor areas to enjoy. The photos match up perfectly. The neighborhood is quiet. We didn’t use everything available to us but loved to dock and the porches and decks. We enjoyed the area very much and would definitely book this AirBNB again. The owners are very responsive and want you to enjoy the stay. We appreciated the use of the elevator in the home for luggage and our dog’s crate—made it so easy to get settled.

edisto beach was great and low key like I hoped. sawyerbean was a wonderful place and me and my wife loved it. comfy beds and very clean. well furnished with games and other amenities you would enjoy.

Wonderful house amazing communication! Great vacation

The apartment was utilized very nicely for the space it has. It is decorated perfectly. My only complaint is that it isnt really a walking distance to the beach as you have to go all the way out of wyndham and back around due to golf course. This is also the bottom level of 3 stories and ,obviously to no fault of owner, we had horrible neighbors above us the last 2-3 days with kids that ran...and ran...and ran..above us..all day until late night...like elephants. Overall I would still recommend ! Its a nice space and 1st time we have been and NOT seen a palmetto bug inside!😁

This home truly felt like our personal oasis, just as advertised! Its proximity to downtown Beaufort made it incredibly convenient for us. We absolutely loved spending time by the pool, relaxing on the porches, and unwinding in the hot tub. The layout was perfect for our family of six, and I even found a cozy spot to work when needed. As beach lovers, having the park pass for Hunting Island was a delightful perk. We’re already excited about the possibility of making this a cherished yearly getaway!

We had the best time staying at this beautiful beach Airbnb! The place was spotless, cozy, and even better than the photos. It was so close to the beach, less than a 3 minute walk! Everything was so well-kept and clean, and you can tell the hosts really care about the space. It felt like a true getaway—peaceful, relaxing, and close to everything we needed. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

Dawn’s place is tucked in nicely between the golf course and natural marsh. The interior is bright and clean. The rooms are spacious and it’s so nice to have king sized beds. The screeded porch is nice for hanging out and watching for wildlife. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning!

We had an absolutely lovely time at this beach cottage! We felt right at home. The surroundings are beautiful and the home decor is coastal and cozy. It’s an easy walk to the beach and the outdoor shower made rinsing off a breeze. We loved being on this end of the island - quiet and peaceful. We spent many mornings sitting on the porches drinking coffee. It’s an easy 10 min drive into Folly’s main area (we rented a golf cart for convenience). The hosts were exceptional and were quick to answer any questions we had. Our daughter didn’t want to leave! We can’t wait to return.

The location of the house is exactly what we wanted. The house is well stocked and Cammie was only a phone call away. Perfect for our family and our fur baby grandson Cooper. We will definitely be back! Thanks Cammie

Loved being able to walk to beach any time we wanted. Path to beach is right across the street and is a very short distance. House was clean, cozy sofas and beds. We enjoyed having so many different spaces to spend time in. Lots of amenities and supplies provided which made it so easy to just relax and enjoy the amazing property. Wonderful stay at Edistopia!!
