Large, beautifully decorated rooms, completely updated kitchen and baths, a pool and screened porch with hot tub! What more could you want? Definitely your home away from home!

We enjoyed this Airbnb a lot! Lovely views back and front and the beach is maybe 3 minutes walk (look for the public access sign to the left, about three houses down). Great shower! Lovely kitchen! Comfy sofas! If we ever come back to folly beach, we would love to stay again. For the mobility challenged, it is only 12 steps to front door, unlike a lot of neighboring houses, which are on stilts and have 25+ steps. 😁

I can't say enough good things about Melissa's place and Melissa herself. What a wonderful experience it was to stay there. We had been on a long trip and had stayed at multiple AirBnbs throughout our vacation and Melissa's was just a stop on the way home, and it was just what we needed. It turned out to be one of the best ever! What a warm, cozy, comfortable, lovely place it is. It is right off I-95 and very easy to find. The land is beautiful - our dog had a nice time patrolling the yard and smelling all the good smells. Melissa was a very hospitable host and a great communicator - and arriving at her place was like coming home. There were so many thoughtful touches, and the rules of the house were very clear and easy. I want to plan another trip so we can stay there again :). As I told Melissa at check out, I didn't want to leave!

Sarah and Michael’s place was incredibly cozy and comfortable. We could easily walk to any destination we wanted, and it was just a few blocks away from Forsyth Park. The best part was that we had our own personal parking spot, which was a huge plus. They even provided us with a bottle of wine and plenty of snacks for our stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and well-appointed, making it easy to get ready. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the TV had a variety of streaming apps. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning in the near future.

Outstanding. The home is beautiful and comfortable. Very spacious with great outdoor areas to enjoy. The photos match up perfectly. The neighborhood is quiet. We didn’t use everything available to us but loved to dock and the porches and decks. We enjoyed the area very much and would definitely book this AirBNB again. The owners are very responsive and want you to enjoy the stay. We appreciated the use of the elevator in the home for luggage and our dog’s crate—made it so easy to get settled.

edisto beach was great and low key like I hoped. sawyerbean was a wonderful place and me and my wife loved it. comfy beds and very clean. well furnished with games and other amenities you would enjoy.

What an absolutely wonderful place! Beautifully decorated, amazing little touches, right across from the beach, peaceful, great parking — a perfect spot for Folly Beach and Charleston exploration. Highly recommend!

Eric and Danielle's place was exactly as described and a great place for our group of 4 to stay for college move-out weekend. We especially appreciated Eric's willingness to help us with our local questions. This cottage is super clean, well-appointed and quiet. The off-street parking in Savannah is also a bonus! Connie’s place was not only the perfect size and location but also just the perfect vibe. Every part of the treehouse matched what we were wanting out of our vacation and made our trip that much more enjoyable. Whether it was sitting outside drinking coffee in the morning or out by the fire at night, the view and peaceful surroundings along with the interior views created the perfect escape for us throughout our entire stay. Connie was responsive and beyond amazing with every question and help we needed. She was an amazing host and created the best space for our trip, we appreciated every big and small detail!

Lovely space! Beautifully decorated and with modern touches and comfortable beds. We hope to return soon. We enjoyed biking around the neighborhood and to the general store. It’s a peaceful, quiet resort neighborhood — but so close to many things to do. Recommend the free shuttle to the beach, especially with preschool/elementary children in tow who may not feel like walking 12 minutes to the beach. Our family of 4 had an amazing time! The property is so peaceful, and you’re only a short walk or drive from the beach and pools. Tyler is amazingly communicative, helpful, and seems to truly want you to have a wonderful experience. Everything is just as it is pictured, including the beach wagon, toys, umbrellas. Our kids are 3 and 7, and they loved watching the wildlife from the deck. We were initially a little worried about the kids navigating the spiral staircase, and when we arrived we found they supply a baby gate that fits all the way around the railing and openings. It really eased our minds. If you like the idea of being submerged in nature by the beach, don’t hesitate to book this rental! We’ll return for sure!

This is a beautiful home in a beautiful location. Just what the family needed! The house was a short walk to town and even shorter walk to the beach, which was ideal with a little one. What made this please even better was the pool. While the kiddo napped, we were able to have our own time to connect and enjoy being outside. Great house!

The house was rented specifically for a golf weekend. It was very close proximity wise to both golf courses we played. Large pool was nice to have after a hot round of golf.

Kirtis and Kristopher certainly out did themselves and sure know how to treat guest! The place was absolutely stunning and upon arrival we were surprised with a some extra goodies! My wife was thrilled to see the coffee bar! They were very responsive the entire trip and sent over a rainy day guide for the day it rained. Everything in the treehouse was just perfect! The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was completely stocked, the bathroom was amazing, the pool passes were a great addition to staying here, and the coffee bar was the perfect day starter! From this location you can walk to the lighthouse / restaurants / shopping within a few minutes, or stay and walk around on Deer Island to remain secluded for peace and quiet. The Deer are very friendly and a few will eat right out of your hand! This was our second stay on Deer Island and we will certainly be booking here again! Sharon was amazing as well as her place!! I have never stayed at an air bnb more stocked than hers-it felt like I was at home! From tooth brushes and soap to shave kits and feminine products-SHE HAD IT ALL. She also keeps candy and snacks on hand for quick bites and little treats. There were at least a dozen extra blankets and lots and lots of pillows and sheets for those sleepover pillow forts or just some extra comfort. The bikes and beach equipment were an added touch that really just rounded out this vacation! Will absolutely book with Sharon in the future!

Beautiful home and surroundings. 3 couples with personal spaces and large communal spaces to gather. Very comfortable and clean. Recommend Kiss Cafe for breakfast. We also went through Savor Charleston and had Chef Morgan and her assistant prepare and serve a dinner at the house- fabulous food and was relaxing to just enjoy the views and the wonderful home. Highly recommend! It's no wonder their home receives the 5 star reviews!

Beautiful beach house! Layout was amazing! We had a great time playing ping pong and enjoying the yard downstairs. Loved having the bike path in our backyard.

We had an absolutely lovely time at this beach cottage! We felt right at home. The surroundings are beautiful and the home decor is coastal and cozy. It’s an easy walk to the beach and the outdoor shower made rinsing off a breeze. We loved being on this end of the island - quiet and peaceful. We spent many mornings sitting on the porches drinking coffee. It’s an easy 10 min drive into Folly’s main area (we rented a golf cart for convenience). The hosts were exceptional and were quick to answer any questions we had. Our daughter didn’t want to leave! We can’t wait to return.

This was hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. Olaitan was the nicest, most helpful, kindest host we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. We will come back simply just to work with Olaitan again! The place was extremely clean, simple and quaint which is exactly what we needed. The perfect, reasonable getaway!

What a relaxing week with our kids & grandkids! Beautiful, quiet home on the beach with dolphins spotted almost daily and sea creatures to enjoy in their natural habitat. We loved Bryan’s place. Thank you!

We've stayed in a lot of airbnbs over the last 7 years around the world. This is definitely a place you need to stay if you want peace and quiet, a place for your dog and the beaches in close proximity, as well as restaurants. I can't say enough about the place as it was very relaxing and exactly as needed!
