The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Our flat has a seperate entrance, is furnished quite new und Garden area can be alsobused incl some possibilities für children to play. This stylish place, which we like to use ourselves, is perfect for family or friend gatherings. It impresses with its size of 140 m² and the comfort of 3 spacious bedrooms and its good amenities. The view of the Alpine panorama from each room is awesome. Our guests are very important to us and we want everyone to feel comfortable. The apartment is located in quiet Meisham, not far from the Eggstätter lake district, an idyll in summer as well as in winter.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Pure nature at the Dreiseithof all made of wood with horses, chickens, and plenty of space for your children. Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

The modernly furnished vacation apartment "Beim Nik with Wanderreitstation" is located in Almertsham, a district of Höslwang in Chiemgau, in one of the most beautiful areas of Upper Bavaria, on a horse farm surrounded by numerous lakes and hills. Pony riding is available and guests can bring their own horse to the farm and explore the fantastic view of the Chiemgau alpine panorama high on horseback.

Enjoy your vacation in the circus wagon on our property. In front of the circus wagon there is a "small garden" with two seats that can be used depending on your mood. We live on the outskirts of Breitbrunn, about 800 m from Lake Chiemsee. This is also within walking distance on beautiful paths. Breitbrunn is a small village surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, only about a 15-minute walk from the town center. In summer, children play in the street, and people stroll by in a relaxed manner – a pleasant, established neighborhood with a lot of charm. Here you can unwind wonderfully and enjoy a relaxing evening on the bench in front of the house.
