Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Unser liebevolles Haus mit Wohlfühlgarten liegt in absolut ruhiger Idylle mit Blick auf die Kampenwand und lädt ein sich vom stressigen Alltag zu erholen. In nur 5 Gehminuten erreicht man das Chiemsee Strandbad. Vor der Haustüre befinden sich sehr gut ausgebaute Rad- und Wanderwege in die Felder und Moore. This stylish place, which we like to use ourselves, is perfect for family or friend gatherings. It impresses with its size of 140 m² and the comfort of 3 spacious bedrooms and its good amenities. The view of the Alpine panorama from each room is awesome. Our guests are very important to us and we want everyone to feel comfortable. The apartment is located in quiet Meisham, not far from the Eggstätter lake district, an idyll in summer as well as in winter.

Studio by the Lake Large private studio with terrace. 4 minute walk to the lake. The studio was intentionally designed to provide wide space for thought, reflection and movement. Oak floors in the living space and heated tile in the bathroom. Very quiet area with a peaceful view. There is a private terrace overlooking a meadow and the lake with a path, that leads you to the lake. Bathroom has a bathtub for two and separate shower.

Enjoy your vacation in the circus trailer on our property. In front of the circus trailer there is a "small garden" with two seats that can be used depending on the condition. We live on the outskirts of Breitbrunn, about 800 m from Lake Chiemsee. This can also be reached quickly on foot on beautiful paths. Breitbrunn is a small village surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes.

Whether cycling, swimming, hiking or winter vacation, with us in Upper Bavaria this is all possible. Simply enjoy restful & relaxing days, with great views of Lake Obing and the mountains.

Our vacation home was completely renovated in 2019 and is very close to the lake. With 2 SUPs, small boat, sauna, rain shower, bathtub, mountain and lake views, wooden terrace, balcony, fenced garden, electric car charging station. Over 3 floors: Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living area with fully equipped kitchen and a hobby room with sofa bed.
