Historic vicarage near Nürburgring

The half-timbered house is located in the courtyard of the old rectory of Kirmutscheid/Wirft only 5 minutes from the Nürburgring. The main house was built in 1709 by Baron Gallen zu Assen for the priest and is directly adjacent to the church which was built by Count Ulrich of Nürburg in 1214. The house with approx. 50 sqm of living space has been restored with great attention to detail and renovated only with natural building materials in order not to lose the pleasant indoor climate.

The vacation home has been family-owned for 60 years. The furnishings are absolutely unique, and there is a story behind almost every piece of furniture. The house is surrounded by greenery and invites you to unwind. Hiking trails and mountain bike trails start practically at the front door. Eichenbach is a picturesque village of 70 inhabitants with an inn. The Nürburgring and Adenau are 15 minutes away by car, and the Ahr Valley is about 3 km away.

Romantic barn with sauna

The renovated barn features high ceilings in the living area, a cozy stove, access to the rooftop terrace. The lower floor includes a bathroom + two bedrooms, one of which is a walk-through room. There is a sauna :-) and access to the private garden with a pond. A newly built playground with various play options is located nearby. The barn is situated in the backyard of a house where a family lives. WiFi reception is currently very poor.
