A highlight of the newly built apartment is the small corner sauna integrated in the bathroom (use is included in the price). The apartment leaves nothing to be desired and is the perfect starting point for a relaxing active holiday in the eventful Eifel.

A quiet and cozy place with fantastic views of the vastness. The small house is called "Sonnenhaus" and is located in the wonderful, nature-surrounded town of Aremberg in the Eifel. The sun house has a living room, a bedroom (with double bed and desk) and a kitchen-living room with fireplace. There is an outdoor toilet. Showers are possible in the house opposite by arrangement. Since there is no heating except for the two fireplaces, the property is only rented in summer.

Das Ferienhaus ist seit fast 60 Jahren in Familienbesitz. Die Einrichtung ist absolut individuell eingerichtet und zu nahezu jedem Möbelstück gibt es eine Geschichte. Das Haus liegt mitten im Grünen und lädt dazu ein, die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Wanderwege und Mountainbike-Trails beginnen praktisch vor der Haustür. Eichenbach ist ein malerisches 70-Einwohner Dorf mit einem Gasthaus. Der Nürburgring und Adenau sind 15 Fahrminuten entfernt, das Ahrtal etwa 3 km.

In the 60 sqm apartment with private entrance you will find everything you need for a vacation. 1 double bed + 1 sofa bed - space for max. 4 people - Parking in front of the house In a few minutes you are already in the forest, on the 588 meter high Michelsberg and can hike in all directions. By car, you can reach the Nürburgring, the Ahr, the Ruhrsee or Phantasialand Brühl in a good half hour. Shopping is 10 km away. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.
