Cozy accommodation with charm

Enjoy the original flair in the lovingly restored half-timbered house. Great location with sun terrace at the Ahrquelle, lake and various restaurants. Jakobsweg, Eifelsteig and Ahrradweg cross here. You'll have the entire upper part of the house to yourselves! The apartment is not lockable as it is an emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! Not suitable for allergy sufferers, people with physical limitations and acoustic sensitivity (bells). Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Close to nature and relaxing – right next to the Eifel National Park. The tiny house is located above Lake Roer. Hiking trails are right in front of the house. Walks in the snow and the cozy warmth in the cottage provide relaxation & coziness. In summer, the lake with beach invites you to swim & do water sports. There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' can be reached in two minutes (100 m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

Away from the mainstream holiday parks. No crowds of people. No traffic, no noise, no community pool or kids disco. Lots of beautiful nature, fishing ponds, endless walking and cycling paths and nice restaurants nearby. The Punthuisje is a unique Aframe cabin completely renovated with natural materials and lots of luxury, including a private wellness garden. In this apartment with its own entrance you can feel completely comfortable. All floors are made of natural wood, the walls of clay brick, the room atmosphere very pleasant. On the southwest balcony you have a wonderful view over the wildly maintained property, the forest and the neighbor's fallow deer enclosure. On the outskirts of a small village in the Eifel, with unobstructed views over the agricultural hilly landscape with forests. Accommodation is not suitable for small children. The love nest est notre havre de paix à la campagne. Petite maison contemporaine en bois, à la grande cheminée de pierre, elle offre une belle chambre double et une plus petite chambre attenante séparée du séjour par un rideau. Entièrement chauffée par un poêle à bois et un feu ouvert, elle offre une atmosphère chaleureuse et pleine de charme. Une terrasse plein sud, en partie couverte (Belgique oblige) agrémente le tout.
