We have attempted to recreate the hospitality of Benedikte - the last one to stay in the old house - in this modern and completely newly built farmhouse on the outskirts of the courtyard of the Svindland farm. Here guests will find peace and idyll. On the farm there are horses, we have two dogs and a cozy peacock that runs freely. The house is very modern and well-equipped.

Arild's house is a unique experience without ifs and buts! An absolute adventure - in every corner there is something new to discover, even our daughter had great fun, especially with the swing at the entrance. The house invites you to relax and unwind. In the middle of nature and through the floor-to-ceiling windows, you can also enjoy this from the inside. Arild gave us great excursion tips! The beach in Ogna and the lighthouse in Eigerøy were fantastic excursion destinations! The communication was without difficulties, direct, fast and super friendly! Absolutely recommended - thank you for this beautiful stay.

This was our first stay in Norway and Frode's boat house is ideally situated for local walks/attractions and an easy drive into Stavanger. Would highly recommend for a peaceful getaway in a beautiful location.
