Incl. small Breakfast This accommodation has its own entrance, is fully separated with large living/ bedroom, private shower room + private terrace (with pretty garden furniture). With very good connections to the harbor + city center (about 20 minutes by S-Bahn), this is located in a very quiet residential area in the countryside. There is a coffee machine, kettle, dishes and a fridge (filled with the most important things for a small breakfast on the first morning) available.

From here you can quickly get to Bergedorf (15'), Hamburg-City (30'), Lauenburg, Ratzeburg or Lüneburg (40' each). Good public transport connections via 2 bus stops within walking distance (5') and the local train (S21) in Reinbek (3 km).

With Ubahn and buses you can also quickly reach all the other trendy places. At the same time, the flat itself is located in a quiet and residential area, an oasis with greens and various flowers which you can see from the sunny and lovely balcony. Sunny, quiet room. 10min walk to Ottensen. Very close: 4 bus lines. Since April 2022 Resident Park Zone. I can leave visitor parking tickets for €4 daily. You have your own shower room. In the morning there is a small breakfast. But the kitchen is my private realm. No long-term bookings and noisy guests.
