Our vacation home has a living area of 70 square meters. It is located on the outskirts of the climatic health resort of Westerheim at an altitude of 823 m. In the neighborhood are commercial enterprises, which, however, cause little noise. The house is completely fenced in at 150 cm high. Hiking trails lead directly from the house and in winter, when there is snow, a cross-country ski trail is also marked. For children there is a swing with a climbing pole. The house is walking distance to public transport, the bakery, restaurant, spa facilities and nature. Fellbach is known for its vineyards and scenic beauty. Excellent public transport links make it easy to reach Stuttgart city center in just 15 minutes by train or car.

Charming living in an old country house in the nature park

The farmhouse, newly renovated until 2024, is located on the edge of a hamlet on a plateau in the Swabian-Franconian Forest Nature Park and has three fully furnished apartments. It is ideal for people who want to spend a few days together but would like to keep their privacy. From here you can take wonderful excursions and walks (horse riding, hiking, mountain biking, motorcycle and car tours...). Horses and dogs are welcome to bring along.

Schlechtbacher Sawmill

The vacation home was built in 1971 by the Stuttgart architect Günter Behnisch. With the large glass front and the lots of wood, you feel at one with nature. A living room with a tiled stove, cozy sofa corner and a large table for sitting together offers everything you need for a vacation together. And if you want to be a little more for yourself without being alone, you can enjoy the action from one of the armchairs on the gallery.

Historic bakery

Relax in this special and quiet place to stay. In the historic bakery, a beautiful living room has been created above the bakery. On two floors are two bedrooms, a living room with fully equipped kitchen, a tasteful shower room (incl. towels) and a living room were created. From the living room in the attic and one of the bedrooms you can see the forest and the Mühlbach (Zaber) splashes directly past the house.

The apartment is in the basement and has its own entrance. It can be reached from the garden. The house is located in a quiet settlement. The historic city center is a 20-minute walk. A bus stop is 500 meters away. The local recreation area "Breite Eiche" invites you to take long walks. Shopping facilities are located nearby. The bed is 135 cm wide. We can provide an extra mattress.

Old Transformers Tower

Our Tiny House is a former transformer tower that is a 5-minute walk from the old town. Supermarket,gas station, pharmacy and parking garage are very close. The tower has a 32 square meter terrace that floats above the Ammer. The bedroom,with private balcony and extra TV, is located under the roof. Integrated kitchen, nice bathroom with shower and underfloor heating.
