Baden, Tennis, Radfahren (Ybbstag Radweg direkt vor der Tür), Wandern, Schifahren, Langlauf, Schneeschuhwandern und direkt beim Haus rodeln wenn es der Schnee erlaubt! 3 km vom Ortszentrum Hollenstein entfernt, sehr gute Infrastruktur.

This is a breathtaking place for people who really want peace and nature, far away from everything else. Meadow, forest, fresh air and mountains. Here there are deer, chickens, cats and bees. The apartment is on a farm, alone in the middle of a large clearing, which I am building as an organic farm with permaculture. It consists of a huge room with wooden floor, new wood-burning stove and mountain views, as well as a bathroom, and a kitchen.

The hut has a sun terrace and an infusion sauna. The Swedish stove in the living room provides cozy warmth. Our rentable space includes one bedroom with a double bed, desk and TV, one bathroom with a shower, as well as a kitchen with a dining area. Wi-Fi is available. There is no washing machine in the apartment, however, in accordance with us, there is the possibility to wash your clothes. Feel free to use our garden. Parking space is available.
