Casa de 2 pisos ubicada a 5 minutos del centro de la ciudad, recién remodelada, cuenta con cocina integral completa con todos los utencilios, sala y comedor con televisión y servicio de internet. 2 recámaras con amplios closets y con aire acondicionado frío-calor. Son para 4 personas pero se puede acomodar hasta 6 personas con un costo adicional. Cochera con control remoto. Además tiene un balcón con bonita vista a la ciudad. Casa sanitizada antes de cada llegada.

Beautiful 2 story house w 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathroom, with a private garage. Perfect balcony and patio to relax after wandering around the town The master bedroom has a queen bed and a private bathroom, 2 bedroom= queen bed and the 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds The house is fully equipped with cooking utensils, and you can also use the bbq out in the patio. Ocean bay views a 4-mile drive to downtown and 10-15 min to the wineries. I will gladly make you a custom list of places to check out

Tiny home all inclusive, bedroom over the bathroom, living room has a sofa bed too , small dinning table, kitchenette with everything you need for cooking and complementary coffee. Hot water, safe fenced area, parking space too, it’s part of a small complex, it’s very close to access from highway, has a convenience store close by and a breakfast restaurant too. Only five minutes walking distance from World renowned surf spot San Miguel. Good spot for surfers and wine country.

LOCATION! Great Views, lovely sunsets, close to the city and wine country. You’ll love my place because of its location (perched up on a hill overlooking the ocean) comfy beds, nice kitchen, two terraces with spectacular panoramic views of the bay! My place is nice for couples and great for groups: 3 bedrooms, 3 FULL bathrooms (3 full bathrooms are very practical for families and groups) and 2 living rooms. Up to 8 guests.
