Hiking&outdoor activities at Parque Rural de Teno

Cute cottage at the quiet El Palmar's rural valley, just placed at the beginning of many paths to hike and enjoy nature. Near black sand beaches and historic villages at "Isla Baja", the secret of Tenerife. Two companies placed near the cottage offer you awesome outdoor activities (elcardon and tenoactivo). Many restaurants close to the house where you can taste local gastronomy. A grocery allows you to buy all you need, and local farmers offer you a nice organic veggies box (each Wed & Sat)

We offer you a studio attached to our house, with a separate entrance, located in the upper part of the village, free parking 3 minutes away, a mini-market right next door and just a 10-minute walk from the emblematic Drago Milenario and the historic center. The Cueva del Viento, one of the largest volcanic tubes in the world, is just a 10-minute drive away. San Marcos beach and its beautiful bay are 3 km away. We are strategically well located to see any point on the island.

Our house in a rural setting is a charming accommodation located in a protected area called “Cueva del Viento” (Wind Cave), which is the largest volcanic tube in the European Union. The house is an old Canarian house restored respecting traditional architecture, surrounded by fruit trees where you can relax, sunbathe, observe the stars, walk along the trails, visit the caves and practice activities in nature.
