Carolas place was great, it had everything we needed with a comfy bed and great shower. The bikes were useful for getting around the local area and into the city - mainly off road through the Turia Gardens. Nice outside space too!

Great house with many rooms and separate beds. Really enjoyed the large terrace with swimming pool and BBQ. Friendly and helpful host. Highly recommended!

Loved everything about this home.. notice I used the word home. Lovely homey touches throughout. The tile work is simply beautiful, the view is breathtaking, the garden is so serene. Very fun yet relaxed area with very friendly/nice neighbors. Would go back in a heartbeat.

I had a really early flight so needed a place to stay close to the airport for one night. Francisco was a very great host. He responds really fast and is ready to help you if you have questions. The place is just as depicted. I would recommend it to others!

Great spot , 10 minutes from the beach and close to public transport. Apartment was exactly what I wanted , maintained its traditional characteristics but had the mod cons you need. Definitely recommend it , beautiful home , beautiful veranda. Super

We had some issues trying to get in to the house but Alexandra was very helpful and always answered when we had questions. We could not have asked for a better house, we loved the terrace and four bathrooms is definitely a plus when six girls are living together. The area was very homely and peaceful but still close to all the places we wanted to visit.

A fantastic stay at Silvia’s! She’s a brilliant host, very welcoming, responsive and with a great sense of humour! Silvia place is in fab spot for transport and 5 minutes walk over to the beautiful beaches. We hired bikes for the 3 days to cycle up through the park to the old town, along beach to Little Venice and also down to south beach and lagoon area in between cycling over to the university hockey pitches to take in the Masters euros( the reason for our visit), great cycle tracks throughout and highly recommend. Definetly be in touch with Silvia if (when) returning to Valencia. Thank you!

Overall, it’s a great option for the price. There are a few drawbacks, mainly the limited number of outlets. On the plus side, there’s quite a lot of space—especially compared to other places in this price range. The neighborhood is residential, but you can walk to the center and the park in about 15 minutes.

We had a wonderful stay at Jaime’s apartment in Valencia! The place was very clean and spacious, perfect for our family. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the pool as we arrived a bit early in the season and it wasn’t open yet. However, the area where the apartment is located was ideal for children – quiet, safe, and very close to the beach! We honestly couldn’t find a single downside. Everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Jaime! We hope to stay at your place again next time we're in Valencia!

I would highly recommend this host. I want to clarify that we left the accommodation late (our fault, alarm clock failure) and the host was very understanding. We apologize to the people who were supposed to occupy the accommodation after us. Many thanks to this host and good luck in his business.

A nice house which is also for sale. Only 15min by car from Valencia. Pool is lit at night, creating a relaxing atmosphere on warm summer nights. Plenty of space for the whole family, or in our case perfect for content creation (music)

A wonderful house with a beautiful large garden. Exceptionally clean throughout. The dressing table for ladies to do hair and make-up was much appreciated! It's a luxury that you don’t always find in holiday homes! Gabriel was absolutely brilliant. Always helping in any way he could. Constant communication and advice. Very friendly and it is very clear that Gabriel cares deeply about his home. We had a lovely relaxing break and enjoyed our stay. The pool was rather cold but that was due to the time of year and May being so early on in the season. We cannot thank Gabriel enough for everything and for looking after us so well. The nicest, friendliest and most helpful host we have ever met. THANK YOU so much Gabriel.

Natalia’s place is wonderful. Great location, supermarket, restaurants, bakery, coffee shop all walkable. Tastefully decorated with a lovely pool and outside space. Great for families and relaxing. Fully equipped kitchen — home from home feel. If you want to see Valencia you need a car. Natalia was an excellent host (one of the best we’ve experienced) and gave faultless recommendations! We will be going back.

Spacious, comfortable house with a very nice swimming pool. The host stands out for his desire to please, his help with finding and booking local services and attractions, and his flexibility where possible on arrival and check out times.

Myself and my wife stayed here for one month in early 2024 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It is a lovely apartment with a beautiful private terrace right in the heart of the old town of Valencia. The wifi was perfect for me working remotely during my stay and had a nice office space upstairs leading onto the terrace. The place is pretty well stocked for long stays (albeit with no pots, but four mops), and the bed was very comfortable. Marian was a great host and was always quick to get back to us whenever we had any questions, I would highly recommend staying with her!

An amazing apartment that is in a perfect location right by the Central Market and the rest of the old town of Valencia. Konstantin was great and allowed a slightly earlier check in. The apartment had everything you needed for both a short or long term stay. Can't rate it highly enough! Only issue was some noise outside at night but that's to be expected with such a central location.

Host was very friendly and had very good communication!! The accommodations where great and matched all the descriptions!

Beautiful apartment and great weekend for me and my friends in Valencia. Ruzafa is a very pleasant neighborhood. The check-in and check-out procedure was perfect and fast. The balcony was awesome. Recommended to everyone and to small groups of people coming to Valencia

nice comfy apartment. arranged my taxi pick up from airport despite my flight being delayed. responded promptly to queries. allowed us to store bags before departing. nice quiet neighbourhood and a 10min stroll to the city centre. would definitely recommend

A beautiful place to stay in the heart of the city. You can quickly reach the park or the cathedral. The apartment was also large enough for three people. We would also try to book the apartment again on our next visit.

Had a great vacation, the host was very nice and checked regularly if we needed anything. The apartment is close to tram and bus stop with which we could easily go to the beach and the center, which was great! There is also a supermarket very close by and the basic necessities for cooking were already present in the house. Shampoo and body wash were also present and it was very nice that there was an air conditioner.
