Carolas place was great, it had everything we needed with a comfy bed and great shower. The bikes were useful for getting around the local area and into the city - mainly off road through the Turia Gardens. Nice outside space too!

Great house with many rooms and separate beds. Really enjoyed the large terrace with swimming pool and BBQ. Friendly and helpful host. Highly recommended!

Loved everything about this home.. notice I used the word home. Lovely homey touches throughout. The tile work is simply beautiful, the view is breathtaking, the garden is so serene. Very fun yet relaxed area with very friendly/nice neighbors. Would go back in a heartbeat.

I had a really early flight so needed a place to stay close to the airport for one night. Francisco was a very great host. He responds really fast and is ready to help you if you have questions. The place is just as depicted. I would recommend it to others!

Great spot , 10 minutes from the beach and close to public transport. Apartment was exactly what I wanted , maintained its traditional characteristics but had the mod cons you need. Definitely recommend it , beautiful home , beautiful veranda. Super

We had some issues trying to get in to the house but Alexandra was very helpful and always answered when we had questions. We could not have asked for a better house, we loved the terrace and four bathrooms is definitely a plus when six girls are living together. The area was very homely and peaceful but still close to all the places we wanted to visit.

Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf in het huis van Silvia. De locatie is goed, strand op 5 minuten lopen, fantastische restaurants in de directe omgeving en het centrum is ook goed bereikbaar. Een fiets huren is een aanrader! Silvia is met recht een 'super host'! Heel gastvrij, heel aardig, behulpzaam, snel in haar communicatie en ontzettend flexibel in aankomst- en vertrektijden (mits de omstandigheden dit toelaten uiteraard). Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, de inventaris is uitstekend op orde, bedden liggen goed en de badkamers zijn modern en goed uitgerust. Al met al een aanrader!

Overall, it’s a great option for the price. There are a few drawbacks, mainly the limited number of outlets. On the plus side, there’s quite a lot of space—especially compared to other places in this price range. The neighborhood is residential, but you can walk to the center and the park in about 15 minutes.

We had a wonderful stay at Jaime’s apartment in Valencia! The place was very clean and spacious, perfect for our family. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the pool as we arrived a bit early in the season and it wasn’t open yet. However, the area where the apartment is located was ideal for children – quiet, safe, and very close to the beach! We honestly couldn’t find a single downside. Everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Jaime! We hope to stay at your place again next time we're in Valencia!

Je recommande très fortement cet hôte. Je tiens à préciser que nous sommes parties en retard du logement ( de notre faute panne de réveil ) et l hôte a été très compréhensive. Nous présentons nos excuses aux personnes qui devaient occupés le logement après nous. Mille merci à cet hôte et bcp de réussite dans son commerce.

Ein nettes Haus was auch zum Verkauf steht. Nur 15min mit dem Auto von Valencia entfernt. Pool ist in der Nacht beleuchtet was für eine entspannte Atmosphäre sorgt bei warmen Sommernächten. Viel Raum für die ganze Familie, oder in unserem fall perfekt für content creation (Musik)

A wonderful house with a beautiful large garden. Exceptionally clean throughout. The dressing table for ladies to do hair and make-up was much appreciated! It's a luxury that you don’t always find in holiday homes! Gabriel was absolutely brilliant. Always helping in any way he could. Constant communication and advice. Very friendly and it is very clear that Gabriel cares deeply about his home. We had a lovely relaxing break and enjoyed our stay. The pool was rather cold but that was due to the time of year and May being so early on in the season. We cannot thank Gabriel enough for everything and for looking after us so well. The nicest, friendliest and most helpful host we have ever met. THANK YOU so much Gabriel.

Natalia’s place is wonderful. Great location, supermarket, restaurants, bakery, coffee shop all walkable. Tastefully decorated with a lovely pool and outside space. Great for families and relaxing. Fully equipped kitchen — home from home feel. If you want to see Valencia you need a car. Natalia was an excellent host (one of the best we’ve experienced) and gave faultless recommendations! We will be going back.

Todo estaba bien cuidado y equipado con todo lo necesario para sentirnos como en casa. La camas eran muy cómodas. La ubicación también fue ideal, tranquila pero cerca de todo lo que necesitábamos. La zona exterior lo mejor. Oscar fue muy amable y atento. Muchas gracias por todo, sin duda, repetiríamos sin pensarlo.

Myself and my wife stayed here for one month in early 2024 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It is a lovely apartment with a beautiful private terrace right in the heart of the old town of Valencia. The wifi was perfect for me working remotely during my stay and had a nice office space upstairs leading onto the terrace. The place is pretty well stocked for long stays (albeit with no pots, but four mops), and the bed was very comfortable. Marian was a great host and was always quick to get back to us whenever we had any questions, I would highly recommend staying with her!

An amazing apartment that is in a perfect location right by the Central Market and the rest of the old town of Valencia. Konstantin was great and allowed a slightly earlier check in. The apartment had everything you needed for both a short or long term stay. Can't rate it highly enough! Only issue was some noise outside at night but that's to be expected with such a central location.

Strávili sme v Emilianovom byte zopár nocí. Hostiteľ bol veľmi priateľský a rýchlo reagoval. Dostupnosť do centra bola výborná a plusom bola tiež garáž. Ďakujeme za príjemný pobyt :)

Beautiful apartment and great weekend for me and my friends in Valencia. Ruzafa is a very pleasant neighborhood. The check-in and check-out procedure was perfect and fast. The balcony was awesome. Recommended to everyone and to small groups of people coming to Valencia

nice comfy apartment. arranged my taxi pick up from airport despite my flight being delayed. responded promptly to queries. allowed us to store bags before departing. nice quiet neighbourhood and a 10min stroll to the city centre. would definitely recommend

Eine schöne Unterkunft im Herzen der Stadt. Man ist schnell im Park oder bei der Kathedrale. Die Wohnung war für drei Leute auch groß genug. Wir würden auch beim nächsten Besuch versuchen die Wohnung wieder zu Buchen.

Super vakantie gehad, de host was heel aardig en checkte regelmatig of we iets nodig hadden. Het appartement ligt dicht bij tram en bushalte waarmee we makkelijk naar het strand en het centrum konden, wat geweldig was! Ook zit er een supermarkt heel dichtbij en de basic benodigdheden voor koken waren al aanwezig in het huis. Ook shampoo en bodywash was aanwezig en het was erg fijn dat er een airco was.
