This place looks better than it does on the pictures, it has everything you need and the location is very peaceful and beautiful. The swimming pool was perfect as it was heated aswell. Would defo recommend this villa and have nothing bad to say about it. Thank you Anthony for a very lovely stay!

Niesamowicie klimatyczne miejsce pośrodku plantacji bananów - banany ile zdołasz zjeść wliczone w cenę :) Posiada taras na dachu z widokiem na ocean. Dom jest czysty i przestronny, udogodnienia są zgodne z opisem. Wi-fi i klimatyzacja działa bardzo dobrze. Wszystkie sprzęty działają, ale niektóre (na przykład krzesła na tarasie) są nieco wyeksploatowane i warto rozważyć wymianę. Do plaży 5 minut na piechotę. Znajduje się na uboczu miasta, dlatego okolica jest cicha i spokojna, a na plaży nie ma tłoku. Juan jest doskonałym gospodarzem. Zawsze odbiera telefon i jest pomocny. Jeśli przyjedziesz, nie jedź za wskazaniami GPS - poprowadzi cię szutrową drogą. Dobry dojazd jest z drugiej strony drogą asfaltową. Trzeba się zatrzymać przed bramą na plantację i zadzwonić do gospodarza, żeby otworzył.

Stayed 10 nights in Casa Nueva. The villas are centrally located in a peaceful quiet area, but close to all amenities of costa adeje. Its an excellent location for exploring the island we visited most areas of the South of tenerife, tiede and santa de cruz. The villas are huge we loved the feel of the casa nueva with its traditional decor but modern appliances. There are loads of seating areas to eat and relax. The villas are well equipped with everything that you would need. The villas are spotless and the housemaids were friendly and attentive. Check-in was very easy and Ruth provided us with all the necessary information and answered any questions. The outside space was lovely with beautiful plants and palm trees. The pool was never crowded and is heated and was cleaned regularly. Overall, we had a great experience in casa nueva, peaceful and central location, cleanliness, space available in and outdoor and the staff made this a perfect holiday. Hopefully return soon.

Wir hatten eine super Zeit bei Martina, die Unterkunft hat uns für zwei Monate alles geboten was wir gebraucht haben. Ein Auto ist unbedingt notwendig, und das Internet ist nicht gerade High-Speed, aber es hat für zwei Personen zum Arbeiten gereicht. ein schöner Ort in sehr ruhiger und abgeschiedener Lage, mit einer sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Gastgeberin.

The apartment from Natalia & John was great! Within walking distance from good restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. So very central but in a quiet neighbourhood. Everything we could think of was there; beach umbrellas and chairs included. They allowed us to do a late check out which was very nice. We very much recommend this house in Alcala if you want to explore Tenerife and you don’t like the big resorts and the very touristic places like los cristianos.

We had a lovely time staying at Graziano’s place. The layout is beautiful, there were lots of amenities and the terrace was gorgeous. The area was quaint and peaceful and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Tenerife.

I've rented Nurias place with a group of friends, stayed there for 7 days and enjoyed every single one of them. It was clean, cozy, there was also an awesome grill and huge terrace upstairs on which we spent most of our evenings. It was a pleasure to talk with Nuria, she was really helpful and kind. I highly recommend this place :)

Logement moderne, en excellent état et très propre, aussi bien l’appartement que les extérieurs communs. Tout le nécessaire est sur place pour votre séjour, géré comme un hôtel 🤩 c’est le meilleur logement Airbnb dans lequel nous avons logé jusqu’ici! On ne peut que recommander.

Thank you so much for your kindness The apartment is perfectly located, close to the sea and to the city, calm too It is also perfectly equipped and clean Maybe the design of bathroom and kitchen could be more modern The only problem is the sound with the apartment of above where the owner lives, we can hear absolutely everything happening : child running right from the morning, noises in general and even dog if left alone and voices sometimes The house may be not soundproof between the 2 floors ….

Hemos pasado un fin de semana de maravilla, al apartamento no le falta detalle, muy limpio y ordenado, ideal para pasar unos días en familia. Carmen, la anfitriona, una bella persona, muy atenta y amable. Lo recomendamos 100% , nosotros repetiremos !!!!

Davide was very helpful and welcoming. The villa had stunning views, was very clean and spacious and was well equipped. The location was quiet and peaceful and a short 15mins drive to Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas. We had a lovely holiday and would definitely consider returning to this villa. I would highly recommend.

Excellent location and all you need was within reach - as well inside the apartment. The only minor downside was no dishwasher, compensated by a lovely roof terrace and cute place in general. Also loved the 2 bathrooms. Would anytime go back!

10 Stars! - Simply the best place we have ever stayed, and we are very fussy! Karin is a wonderful host, so friendly, helpful and responsive. The apartment complex is very safe, quiet and clean, with a lovely pool, and a great position overlooking the town with a sea view. The apartment photos are 100% accurate, it is so well laid out, with quality fittings and lots of Karins little design touches which make it a real home from home. There is everything you could possibly need and more, she has thought of everything! It is spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and we spent many happy hours eating and relaxing on the huge balcony overlooking the sea, with the benefit of the electric sun shade to protect us when needed. We will definitely be back when able. Thank you Karin for a wonderful stay.

José est très réactif, très serviable et n'hésite pas à nous recommander et nous conseiller sur les activités de L'île. tout est inclus et compris dans la prestation. je recommande vivement.

We had a great stay. The house was big with plenty of space for everyone and clean for our arrival. It is located a short walk from the centre of El Médano. Very convenient to restaurants and supermarket. Our host, Monika, was very helpful with our stay and would be very happy to come back again!

Paco is a great host and it was wonderful to meet him. The house is very comfy - it is an excellent size and has a garage. It is perfect if you are cyclists and want somewhere to store bikes and park a car. The swimming pool was quiet and very clean. There is a lovely quiet beach just up the road from the house. It is about 1 mile to the local town and it is a relatively flat walk. There is an excellent selection of restaurants in the local town. We would be very happy to stay again and hope to have the opportunity to do so.

A very nice and spacious apartment. Location was perfect near the restaurants, shops and beach. Near Plaza Centro but still very quiet in the apartment. Nice balcony/roof terras. El Médano is a very nice Spanish little town.

Just returned from 5 nights at Serge apartment, it was exactly as described, the location was fantastic looking out to the sea. There were fantastic restaurants a five minute walk again in a lovely square with a lovely buzzy atmosphere. We spent our days on the beach which is in the square aswell. Sun beds €4 so cheap. I will hopefully be returning in the future.

Rita ti accoglie personalmente, ti invia le indicazioni per trovare facilmente l'alloggio addirittura con un video, vista spettacolare dall'ampia terrazza (specialmente al tramonto). Molto simpatica e disponibile alle vs richieste. Appartamento tranquillo lontano dai rumori, corrispondente alla descrizione. Grazie per l'ospitalità... se torneremo a Tenerife sceglieremo nuovamente te. Adios

The "Wonderland" accomodation is magical and I had a fantastic stay there! The place was exceptionally clean and offered great value. The communication went perfect and the hosts are very polite, communicative and respectful. I went there with the local bus transport and it is close to the airport.

Casa muy bonita, a unos pasos del centro de El Medano, y decorada con mucho gusto. Estuvimos 8 días y nos sentimos como en casa. Cristian súper amable, estuvo pendiente en todo momento de que estuviéramos a gusto. Repetiría sin ninguna duda.
