It allows you to disconnect and enjoy peace of mind It is recommended to leave the car at the meeting point 5 minutes walk, since due to the characteristics of the island, the last meters are very steep It is a space designed to rest and spend a few days in isolation, reading, hiking, and enjoying the tranquility that the Florida area gives you. The farm is planted with fruit trees and vineyards.Only the sound of birds singing is heard. The house has everything you need inside and with an exterior to sunbathe or enjoy a barbecue. There is private parking inside and is accessed via a steep path. Very quiet area The farm has two buildings joined by a garden. The first construction is a large kitchen with everything you need and a terrace with barbecue. The other construction is a comfortable house with one bedroom, with double bed, a bathroom and a living room that has a double sofa bed and a dining area where there is a small Office very well equipped with microwave, glass, sink, crockery and everything you need, etc.. The property is about 1000 square meters and is at the complete disposal of the guest. Guests can contact us 24 hours a day. We advise and help in everything that is necessary. At 500 meters above the sea, the neighborhood of La Florida is a beautiful rural area, starting point of numerous trails of the municipality of Icod de los Vinos, famous for its millennial Drago. Worthy of visiting, its historic center is well of cultural interest. It is necessary to move around by car. There's a bus service, but it happens 4 times a day. Icod is known as La Ciudad del Drago, for hosting the famous ancient dragon of Icod de los Vinos, one of the most iconic symbols of the island of Tenerife. The old town has been declared an Asset of Cultural Interest due to its historical significance and which also hosts a commercial area, complementary to the existing ones on the Lower Island. Located in the western part of the island in a delicious valley that began from the shore of the sea and climbs to the skirt of Teide itself, the winds of the N and ascent, (...). I am an ancient finca rústica in a new guise and live at 550 meters above sea level in Icod de los Vinos in the green north of the island. Behind me I see the majestic Teide volcano, in front of me lies the wide Atlantic. You have to experience living here. The wide view of the sea and Icod immediately creates a sublime feeling and inner peace. The north is weather-friendly and exciting and wonderful to watch from here.

A very pleasant stay, the property is very nice and private. The hosts were very kind, they helped us with instructions when we couldn't heat the Norwegian bathroom. The garden is very manicured. They are two independent houses, with a very careful decoration. We'll be back

We rented a car and it found it to be a very good base for us to explore the west and central areas of the island. The kitchen is well equipped and we were able to cook. Lourdes was very welcoming and accommodating especially when our flight was delayed and we’re not able to check in until around midnight. Overall we had a very comfortable stay.

We had a lovely week at Chris and Deby's. Our hosts were super responsive and warm. The studio is perfect as a base after a good day of activities. Special mention for the elevated terrace that allows you to have breakfast with ocean views on one side and the top of Teide on the other. The garden is also amazing at sunset, a real paradise. On the location side, the accommodation is far enough from the main axis to be quiet without moving away from the interests of the island. Be careful with the relief, plan a good car to go up and down the slopes of Icod (and the entire northern region in general).

Our stay was really great. Everything was as described and Oliver was available and helpful with all questions. The location is very nice and quiet. The next larger city with many restaurants and shops is approx. 20 minutes away. The nearest supermarket 5 minutes Great terrace and outdoor area with barbeque. An absolute recommendation for a stay in Tenerife. We enjoyed it very much!!!
