I recently stayed for a few days and it was great, the bed was nice and comfortable, room was clean, clean bathroom, clean towels. Everything was clean and organized. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay near the airport

Marlon and Jonathan are genuinely kind and attentive hosts who clearly put care into everything they do. The space itself is clean, comfortable, and has a peaceful, homey feel. Their dog is super cute and derpy and loves pets, and the toddler and baby girl bring a joyful energy to the place. There’s also a long-term tenant on the property — a sweet and gentle grandmother. She's wonderful. It felt like being at home with my own family. I’m grateful for the experience and would happily recommend staying here to anyone looking for a kind-hearted, welcoming environment. Good soundproofing. I never once heard the baby while in my room. The location is also good. Quiet neighborhood, feels quite safe. It's a 5-min walk to the bus stop at Culver and Centinela, and about 15 minutes walk the other direction to a lovely park that includes tennis courts, basketball court, and a dog park where you can go and play with the puppies.

Small Room for rent!!

Adrian is a truly exceptional host—kind, generous, and always willing to go the extra mile. He has a great way of connecting with guests and was consistently available whenever I needed help. One evening, despite it being 8:45 PM, he kindly drove me to Food 4 Less and Target, showing how attentive and accommodating he is. He also took me to San Bernardino for an important meeting with an attorney, saving me both time and money by offering a very reasonable rate for the ride. Though I had booked a small, cozy room in his home, it was perfectly equipped and very comfortable. On a day off, Adrian went out of his way to make it special—taking me to LA beach and Trump National Golf Course, creating memories I’ll always cherish. To top it off, he even gifted me a brand-new jacket and later dropped me off at the airport for a very fair price. People like Adrian are rare. I would absolutely love to stay at his place again the next time I visit LA.

Lorraine and Moses were both incredibly kind and welcoming. They answered all our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. It was our first time in Los Angeles, and they really helped us feel at home right away. The place itself was cozy and comfortable. We felt safe in the neighborhood, which is quiet and peaceful. The only thing to keep in mind is that it’s quite far from downtown LA – getting there takes some time. But if you’re looking for a calm and friendly place to stay, this is a great option. Thank you again, Lorraine – your warmth and hospitality made our stay so much nicer!

As described and a bit more! Each day being greeted by the wonderful scent of fresh lemons from the lemon tree and a hummingbird who visited us daily was quite a welcomed surprise. A very easy understandable and cohesive guide is provided for those unfamiliar with the area surroundings. Quick access with car to various beaches in under 30 minutes. Numerous shopping opportunities, restaurants and local businesses nearby. Our host Erika was very cordial and courteous. Much appreciated!

Absolutely loved my stay here. Aaron accommodated every single request and is possibly the most chilled guy I've ever met. The room had everything I needed for my short stay, I particularly loved the interior of the flat and the super nice bathroom. Tucker the dog said Hello right when I entered and was a lovely little fella. The very close proximity to the beach is brilliant for a swim in the morning - I also experienced a super polished and safe neighborhood. Thank you very much for having me, this was a perfect and 5 star experience 🤗

Michelle is a gracious and friendly host. She was very helpful, welcoming and considerate. She made us feel right at home. The bathroom was spotless and we really liked the skylight in there. She had plenty of clean towels and washcloths along with extra thoughtful items like Qtips, makeup wipes, mouthwash and dental picks. We loved the location and will be happy to return in the future! Thank you!
