Casey is an amazingly good business man! He was extremely communicative, professional, friendly, empathetic and responsive. Literally the ideal host. The location is wildly perfect for a recharging getaway that’s near strip malls. The home is very close to Ventura Rd. and near freeways so relatively quickly to get to destinations. Inside the home, the view over the city is spectacular. The place was roomy and relaxing. There is great space for entertaining and hanging with family. Casey made the stay nice. Would certainly recommend it for anyone considering a stay in LA.

the place was perfect for us three adults in town for our daughter's UCLA graduation. Peaceful, but perfectly located for walking down to the Venice Canals/nearby shops and restaurants. very spacious, and we loved the hot-tub! very well equipped with all your cooking needs, although we were so busy, we didnt cook one meal there! And thank you Colin, for being so responsive to every inquiry...whether it be an early check-in, how to operate the air conditioning and other items. would DEFINITELY come back next time in town!

The location was convenient, and they accommodated an early check-in request. Everything went smoothly -- we'd definitely stay again if we had reason to be in the neighborhood!

The house is massive and the pictures don't do it justice! The open layout from the entry all the way through the living room, dining room and family room has a great flow. The skylights in the high ceilings provide great natural lighting and such a spacious feel. This house is perfect for a family with kids or several couples. The huge dining table is perfect for group meals and the refrigerator/freezer are extra large. The house is in the perfect neighborhood--close enough to the main streets that you could walk but so quiet. We stayed for a month and we are sensitive to noise and were never once disturbed. From the bbq grill to the hottub, the outdoor space/landscaping is beautiful and very clean. Andy was our primary host and was extremely responsive. He even proactively reached out to us before we checked in to make sure all of our needs were met and even went the extra step to perform a specialized cleaning on the sofas as our kids have allergies/asthma. 5 stars all around!

We stayed at this beautiful home for our daughter's college graduation. The property offered a peaceful place for us to unwind each evening after days full of graduation activities. Lori was a sweet heart and very accommodating. The house was very clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. I highly recommend this property.

We had an amazing stay at this home. We stayed with my sister, her husband, and their two kids, and the space was perfect for our group. The house is incredibly spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was a huge hit—great for relaxing and letting the kids burn off some energy. Inside, there were tons of games that kept everyone entertained, and the massive TV made for awesome movie nights. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the layout made it easy to hang out together while still having our own space. The host was responsive and made check-in a breeze. Overall, it was the perfect family-friendly spot in a great location. We’d absolutely stay here again!

It’s a sweet house that my family and I don’t want to leave. That’s the house we dreamed to have, we will rent that house again when we trip to Los Angeles next time.

Liza and Pascal are phenomenal hosts! They are hospitable, attentive, and accessible! I appreciated Liza checking in on us to make sure we were comfortable, and her readiness to recommend great places to eat and fun things to do in the area. If I had a question, she answered within minutes. The house is beautiful! It is clean, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood. This was my first time using Airbnb, and I could not have asked for a better experience!

Vanessa helped make our stay absolutely incredible and it was a once in a lifetime experience. She made us feel right at home with all the amenities taken care of, her stay was equipped with absolutely everything you can need for your stay; from cookware to snacks, even sunscreen because we definitely forgot to pack it. Leading up to the stay, Vanessa also kindly provided us lots of recommendations on what to do and what to see during our short stay. The purpose of our trip was for my brother-in-law to propose to his girlfriend and from the beginning to end of this plan, Vanessa and her assistants were there to help facilitate the process making everything truly so easy to coordinate. We’re so thankful for Vanessa and her team’s hospitality and I would strongly recommend Vanessa’s place in Malibu for everyone looking to visit.

Great place. Plenty of room for our family if 8. Loved the little extras ( snacks, laundry detergent, paper towels). Not far from all the tourist attractions. Community was very quiet.

We stayed for 5 nights with a family of 14, including 2 toddlers. This home was perfect for our needs! The house was very clean, the game room was great, and the pool and spa perfect for relaxing and entertaining our kids after long days at Disneyland. A gate around the pool was very important to us, and gave us a peace of mind to stay there with a couple of toddlers who don't know how to swim yet. The house is well stocked and had everything we needed! The only semi- critique I have is that the back door does not lock, but is secured by a wooden stick in the door rail. And like a previous reviewer said, the garage is not securely locked and the door leading into the house from the garage has no lock. We moved a heavy table in front of the door each night for that extra security. We never felt unsafe though, as the neighborhood is quiet. Better secured doors is something I think could improve the home, but overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying there again.

Absolutely amazing stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and had the most stunning views. The host was brilliant—super friendly, responsive, and made everything so easy. Honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough. Already thinking about when I can come back!

This was truly one of the best vacation homes I’ve ever stayed at. The house was incredibly spacious, impeccably clean, and offered complete privacy. The host was outstanding, always prompt and attentive to our needs. The backyard was absolutely stunning—watching the hummingbirds sip from the water fountain in the early morning was an unforgettable highlight. I can’t recommend this place enough for a relaxing getaway!

We had a great stay at this house! Our three favorite parts - the awesome views (even better in person), the beautiful pool/hot tub (which was always very clean), and getting to love on Bella (their super sweet dog). Stephen communicates very well. They gave us all the privacy we needed. The house was a perfect size for our family (brought our two kids) and the extra long patio was great. A few areas in the house could use updates (example: the shower knobs are difficult to turn) but it was all clean, which I strongly appreciate. The views, pool, and Bella made our trip amazing for sure! Thank you Stephen and Pim.
