The holiday home is a great starting point for a variety of hikes in the Fichtelgebirge. You can start some routes directly. The furnishings are tasteful, practical and straightforward. Felix and Magdalena are great hosts - warm, helpful and discreet. We immediately felt welcome. All in all, the neighborhood provided the framework for a very successful active vacation. We highly recommend it.

Very comfy home in peaceful surroundings. Well maintained garden and absolute winner- sauna with a view. Very comfy beds! Very well presented and clutter free. Nice trinkets to make you feel like in designer’s house. Kitchen equipped with everything one may ever need. All high quality. All necessities provided.. not like rental at all more like home. Gem!!!

We had a very nice weekend with Julia and her family. The quiet location in the middle of the forest is ideal for relaxation!

Nice airbnb, very neat, clean and cozy. Good beds, slept wonderfully. For us this was a nice and quiet base for visiting historical cities in the area, very worthwhile! The nature reserves are also very beautiful. At the cottage, nice company of sweet dogs and cat. Personally, I had some difficulty with the dogs staying outside during the day and night.

We had a wonderful stay at Martina's and can absolutely recommend the accommodation. Everything was well prepared and very clean. We would like to highlight the beautiful, fully equipped kitchen - nothing was missing and you can see that it was furnished with attention to detail. The location is quiet and ideal for switching off, perfect for families like us. Martina was very friendly, helpful and always available. The only small drawback: the second bed in the living room (sofa bed) was unfortunately quite hard – possibly a little uncomfortable for more sensitive backs. Blackout options on the windows would have been a nice touch, especially with a baby. But that's whining at a high level – overall really a great accommodation with a lot of heart and mind. Thank you, dear Martina – we felt very comfortable and will be happy to come back!

Communication with Anna was easy and straightforward, the house had everything we needed and is wonderfully located. Directly on the lake with a beautiful swimming area and jetty, boats available, fantastic view of the lake. Cozy terrace, deck chairs to relax in the garden in the sun. Highly recommended!!!

Beautiful, quiet and successful stay. An apartment that invites calm and disconnection. Everything is impeccable, comfortable, quiet, bright and tasteful. Very kind host. You can park without problems in the same street in front of the house and it is 10 minutes by car to the historic center. Highly recommended!

We had a fabulous stay at Cornelius’ place as a family of four with two young (ish) children. Cornelius was very responsive and friendly from the moment we booked until we checked out, giving us flexibility on check in and check out to accommodate our flights. The apartment itself was amazing, spotless and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We loved the balcony with incredible views across the city. It was an easy walk to public transport, restaurants, supermarkets, and parks. We will most definitely be back.

Super nice and modern furnished studio in a quiet location. I felt comfortable right away and was even able to spontaneously extend my stay for another night. The accommodation is almost directly on the bike path and I was able to store my bike safely on the property.

We had a very nice weekend in Lanke. The castle is impressive, the apartment large and very nicely furnished and renovated. The kitchen is super equipped. The garden is great, as well as the large park and lake behind the house - you can get to nature very quickly. There is also a small café around the corner.

This is a great neighbourhood - a few mins walk to the train and just a wee bit longer to the bus - but that's also where there are heaps of shops and a great supermarket. The local Saturday market was a highlight and we enjoyed the local cafe with jazz we stumbled across on Sunday night. The apartment is well designed and equipped - I loved it. Beautiful linen on the beds - big comfortable beds, fresh flowers, good range of condiments. The location and being on the ground floor were the deal breakers. Im already planning my next stay (and will remodel my pwn bathroom based on this very funky one). We stayed 7 nights and the weekend (Fri/Sat) very noisey lots of street noise - however otherwise very peaceful. I'm already planning on how to come back.

Very nice tastefully furnished apartment with attention to detail. We even had fresh flowers from the area. Everything was wonderful. Kerstin and co were great to reach and we lacked nothing. In addition, the village is a very special place. If you want to recharge your batteries and gain strength - perfect! And so beautifully green. ❤️

Katharina and Christian's apartment is very quiet on a farm. The farm is not directly on the street, which is very nice. You can only hear the sounds of nature. The apartment was prepared with a lot of love - every detail fits together and everything has its place. We stayed here as a large family (2 adults + 3 children) for 5 days and felt very comfortable. Unfortunately, we had rather mixed weather, but in fact there are many activities in the area that can be easily reached by car. We had a great time and found Katharina and Christian to be very pleasant and likeable hosts.

We were four for a week at Lena and Christian's beautiful farm. We felt at home, the mill is really extremely idyllic. The children had fun bathing in the river and on the playground, we were in the Harz mountains a lot for hiking. The property is really a dream and the two hosts put an incredible amount of energy into the care and maintenance of the garden and the mill. If we are in the area again, we will definitely come back. Thank you, dear heart ♥️

We had a fantastic stay at this gorgeous flat! It truly has everything you could need—and even some things we didn’t expect. The apartment is beautifully designed, well-equipped, and extremely comfortable. Getting to the city center is quick and easy with tram 9, which was very convenient. The Jacuzzi felt luxurious, and the sauna heats up quickly, making it perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Everything about the flat made our stay feel special. Thank you, Kamil and Stepanka, for creating such a wonderful space. Highly recommended!

Great stay! The area was very walkable. Theres a beautiful park, shops, and things to do right around the corner.

Fantastic apartment in a great environment. We spent 2 nights here with our two children (3 and 8) and explored Fritzlar, the National Park and Kassel Wilhelmshöhe from there. The children especially liked the playground right next to the house and Wolfgang and Simone are great hosts! The old rectory is beautiful! We will be happy to come back.

Dedicated selection of tiles and very thoughtful and well-executed tiling. No special luxury, but everything is available and very clean.

I don’t even know where to start. 100/5 stars. This was the best AirBnB I’ve ever stayed in. Erzsebet and Andreas are simply lovely. It really was like staying with my grandparents. There is a lovely garden and the location is super quiet, yet very convenient to the airport. I rode there in around 30 minutes. It takes about an hour on Public Transit to the city centre. The flat is spacious and comfortable. The kindness and generosity of the hosts is absolutely amazing. Maybe I looked skinny after 10 weeks of Bikepacking - food kept magically appearing. Plenty of grocery and restaurant options in the immediate area. No issues with me having a bicycle with me either.

Beautiful apartment, spacious, bright and lots of room. Kitchen was well stocked, high end and very modern. No problems checking in and the host was very responsive. Location was quiet and an easy walk to downtown. Lot of restaurants nearby.

Amazing place, so welcoming, great wibes. Full of details, spotless, friendly hosts, we felt pampered and had a wonderful stay. Beautiful surroundings. Definitely one of the best Airbnb experiences.

If you want to switch off in nature and yet want to be in a city relatively quickly if necessary, then you are in good hands here. We had perfect weather and went on beautiful excursions.
