The self-contained apartment is located under the roof and impresses with its fantastic view over our small town. It is lovingly and functionally furnished so that you can feel comfortable. The kitchenette allows you to cater for yourself. Microwave, stove with oven, kettle, coffee maker, fridge are available. There is also a TV with satellite connection and air conditioning. Relax in our mountain vacation home with an idyllic location, large garden and northwest balcony for breathtaking sunsets. Explore the surroundings with their hiking trails and swimming lakes. Up to 4 people can be accommodated in the cozy house and benefit from a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The upper bedroom is designed as a loft. Experience the beauty of nature and leave everyday stress behind!

'IN THE HORSE STABLE' Door to door with chicken and horse

'IN THE STABLE' is located on the ground floor of the barn of the mill property. It used to be a stable.(Also check out my other apartment 'Barn Loft.') The room has low ceilings and small lattice windows. The room is suitable for people looking for a more cave-like, cozy retreat. Due to the oven and the cold floor, the apartment is not suitable for infants. In the cold season, it may be necessary to heat with the oven. See below.

Cozy wooden cabin

This cozy wooden house is situated in a small HOLIDAY SETTLEMENT on the Westerwaldsteig. With up to six people you can enjoy nature here! You can go hiking or swimming in the Secker Weiher. If it gets chilly you light a fire in the oven. Sits on the terrace and enjoys the summer. The house has simple amenities, but now also wifi! Please read the full description well before booking!! THE small HUT - hiking. biking. experience nature.

In the rough Oberwesterwald directly at the wild and romantic Holzbach Gorge, where the Holzbach has dug its bed into the basalt over the millennia, the days are simply different. Longer, more eventful, more relaxing. Feel at home here and experience a special place to recharge your batteries, strength and inspiration. Fire pit and kettle grill are available. Towels and sheets on request.

Westerwald time out

"Time out" is the motto here and stands for a few relaxing days in our cozy wooden hut on the edge of the Holzbach Gorge, in the "Fohlenwiese vacation village." The surroundings offer hiking trails (directly on the Westerwaldsteig) as well as swimming lakes and vast forests that can be explored by bike... For absolute relaxation, we offer an infrared heat cabin for two people.

Charming, small guest house with terrace.

For short breaks (cyclists/boaters) who want to stay one or two nights at short notice. Simple equipment, single kitchen, shower and toilet on the first floor, upstairs bedroom with double bed. A roll mattress can be used for children. No TV, no closet. Located one street from the Lahn. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place.

Right in our vicinity there are opportunities for walking, hiking, biking and swimming.

Our newly renovated apartment overlooking the Lahn and Oranienstein Castle is located on the sunny slope. On the R7 bike path, you cycle through the beautiful Lahn Valley 3 km to the city center of Diez and 5 km to the city center of Limburg an der Lahn. We look forward to seeing you soon!
