Just to the North are several blocks of shops, pubs and restaurants. Very walkable, but metro is a block away and heads directly to the core of downtown and the Pike Place Market, with easy connections to the stadiums and the waterfront. Done with the city? Sit out under the 100 year old apple tree in the garden.
