We’re especially well suited to couples and families who appreciate a residential stay and don’t mind the normal sounds of family life upstairs.

Unit close to the Magnolia Blvd and views, bus stop with easy ride to downtown, 1.75 miles from Discovery Park, 3 blocks to the Magnolia village. 3 miles to downtown Seattle.

The 100 years old historic structure with original wood floors and restored systems. The ceilings are insulated to minimize any noise to our guests, but occasional noise travel through, so for light sleepers’ white noise machine is available in the loft.
