Charming cottage in beautiful nature with sauna

Hugely charming wooden house located on 5000 m2 of undisturbed surroundings overlooking a scenic and protected area with heathland. Occasionally, a deer or two will stop by. The house is located on the eastern part of the island in the Kromose area. A quiet beach facing the Wadden Sea to the east, which is part of UNESCO's natural heritage, is only 500 meters walking distance on a path. Enjoy your morning coffee and tranquility on one of the lovely terraces or on the covered terrace. There is a great opportunity to see the northern lights in the winter months.

Kleinees Deichhaus Nordfriesland

Recovery and deceleration in the middle of the green meadows of North Frisia. The spacious and stylish Kleine Dichhaus is located in the very north of Germany in the immediate vicinity of the island of Sylt and Denmark. Our 2015 fully renovated vacation home on the foundations of 1895 stands on an old indoor dyke. The south-east terrace and the garden offer an unobstructed view over the meadows. From the north-west terrace you look across the fields to Denmark. There are two car parking spaces available.

Halmhuset - The Straw House

Our thatched house is probably the only "Halmhuset" that is rented as a vacation home in Denmark. It is breathable, made of clay and straw, and is sustainably supplied by heat pump and photovoltaics. In summer, the thick walls provide pleasant coolness, in winter it is cozy and warm, with a room height of up to 4 meters. A real feel-good place for up to 8 people, located at the gates of the city of Tønder, close to the Wadden Sea National Park and the islands of Sylt and Rømø.

Du får Tønder bedste placering lige midt i hjertet af Tønder med udsigt til stor park, Vidåen og Tøndermarsken. Huset ligger kun 200 meter fra gågaden. Byhuset er fra 1850 og er moderniseret i 2024 med gulvvarme i køkken, bryggers og bad. Du får 105 m2 i 2. plan og smuk gågade med forskellige butikker, caféer og restauranter.

Outdoor thatched roof, interior unique design

The house has been newly renovated and has a particularly unique furniture with love of detail. The house has a large garden with fire bowl where every summer night becomes a beautiful memory. In the immediate vicinity (10 km) you are already on the North Sea and after only two railway stations you are on Sylt. Not only in summer is the cottage a popular travel destination, even in winter it impresses with its coziness to which the stove in the living area contributes.

Spend a great holiday in the beautiful, flat North Frisia, infinite expanse, beautiful nature and the sea not far. Denmark, the islands of Sylt, Föhr and Amrum are easily accessible. For any day trips to Sylt, there is a car train, which departs from Niebüll or the passenger train departing from Klanxbüll. Föhr and Amrum can be reached from Dagebüll "The gate to the islands" by ferry. The Halligen can also be reached from there.
