Marielund: A scenic farmhouse by the beach

Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

Langeness apartment directly on the lake dike

The Langeness apartment is our largest apartment, 70 m², and is located on the ground floor. The 3-room apartment is for 4+2 people. Dogs are allowed upon request. In the spacious living room there is a cozy seating area and you also have a large flat-screen TV, DVD player, CD radio. The fully equipped kitchen has a dining area. The apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds, wardrobes and a sofa bed. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower.

Lütt Hus on the dike - As the name implies - it is small and beautiful! Perfectly equipped, provided with individuality. The Wadden Sea, Fuhlenhörn swimming area, farms, a unique landscape, the right place for deep relaxation and recreation. We live next door - but not always and look forward to nice guests. For our guests we are always available by phone, email or WhatsApp. Our cleaning lady makes sure that everything shines and will make up the beds on request.

At BEACHhouse N°5, you can just let yourself go. We'll take care of the rest. And when you get up again, you'll be almost at Ordinger Strand. Because you only need to go over the dike and then a few more steps. Beach and sea. Switch off and enjoy! The accommodation is a traditional thatched farmhouse flat with a view overlooking the lake, the surrounding meadows and the North Frisian marshes. It is ideal for nature lovers: you can canoe, cycle and watch the flocks of birds that use the partly protected lake as a migration and nesting site. The house was carefully restored with natural materials in 2025/2026

Our accommodation is located directly on the dike and close to the Südwesthörn swimming area. The quiet secluded location and cul-de-sac location allows our little guests to play safely in front of our house and dike. Especially the healthy salt and iodine-containing air will help all guests with breathing problems to breathe well again.
