It is 3 minutes to the university, 10 minutes to the pedestrian zone, 3 minutes to the indoor pool with outdoor area and large playground. Parking costs €10.00 per day.

There are numerous nice pubs, restaurants and good shopping nearby. The quiet retreat is designed for two people and has a cozy double bed, a seating area, storage space and a kitchen corner with a wash basin and refrigerator. Outside, a seating lounge invites you to relax. A dry separation toilet is located next to the barrel. Please note that there is no shower. Ideal for those who enjoy nature and want to relax!
