Holiday rentals with a patio in Encino, Los Angeles

If you’re visiting the LA area this is the perfect location. Everything is 10-20 minutes within distance. Santa Monica was 35 minutes! My stay was great. It was very clean and I loved the decor. They are also 420 friendly. The only downfall in my opinion is the bed. It was not comfortable for me at all. We had issues with the key fob for the parking gate to open/close but the host responded quickly and brought another and made it right. The area is clean and peaceful. I recommend this stay! You’ll enjoy 😊

I had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean and had a wonderful breeze with the windows open. There are two very cute dogs on the property, they're very friendly. The view was incredible. There is a fantastic bagel shop within walking distance. Very centrally located for things to do in silverlake. I would definitely stay here again.

This was the third stay at Clarissa's place for my husband and me. The location works well for us as it's near our son and his family. We also appreciate that we can bring our dog along. As always, the unit was clean and everything was as described.

Great stay! Well decorated, clean, and conveniently located walking-distance to everything we needed. A bidet is always a huge plus in my book. Would stay again and highly recommend.

I love this condo in Westwood -- I am a return customer. FABULOUS location in Westwood near everything and perfect for UCLA. It has parking (!!) and a pool and you can walk to campus, walk to Target (many time if you are helping a student move. Many, many times!) Lots of restaurants all over and Trader Joe's right downstairs. The place is lovely. Great kitchen and bathroom. Super clean and lots of fun.

Maggie was an exceptional host. Any thing that we needed or if anything happened she was one phone call away. The location was awesome and perfectly described. We loved our entire experience and we would most definitely stay at this location again.

We loved our stay here! The location of our stay was amazing, all the touristy areas, grocery stores, and restaurants were within a 10-minute drive. The house itself was extremely clean, and we loved the LV design and the thoughtful details throughout the house. Cassy is very responsive and is very helpful with everything. I would highly recommend staying here and would stay here again when I return to LA!!

Stefania was an excellent host. Always helpful and responsive. When we arrived we were tired, it was late, and we had some trouble finding the building. If I had printed out her instructions it would have been a breeze. Felt safe and the unit is centrally located. Both the bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. Loved the spacious patio! I recommend using the parking inside the building garage. The street parking is free but fills up quickly. Overall, a nice choice.

Perfect home for our family trip to LA. It was a beautiful house with a great location. We loved the hot tub and the pool. Pool was chilly but the kids still enjoyed it. The house was extremely well stocked with all the little things you often forget on trips. Chris was very responsive to any questions we had. Definitely recommend if you are visiting the LA area.

Everything was perfect! I had my proposal on the patio there and the view was gorgeous. Jeffery was a fantastic host and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this place!

This house was at a great location, very peaceful. It had parking which is amazing. The backyard is beautiful with grass and a swimming pool. A lot of food chains and supermarket were present at accessible distances. This made our stay very pleasant. Mordehay was very good at communicating the important details further enhancing our experience. We highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a getaway from the city and enjoy some peaceful time.

We had a great stay at Azats home and would stay here again! My kids loved spending time in the hottub, very relaxing trip.

We loved this house, particularly the beautiful and expansive backyard! The kids were happy with the ping pong table and horseshoes while we all loved the abundant lounges and seating for sharing meals (using the very nice gas grill) and overall relaxing. Inside the house all of the furniture and decor was well appointed and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped and a bonus was use of the very nice washer and dryer. The master bedroom is in the center of the house without windows, which was ok, just a little different. The bathroom attached to the master is a 3/4 and rather small but well appointed. Overall we loved the house and Christopher was a very responsive and always friendly and positive. Highly recommend!

Truly fabulous place to stay! We were displaced in the LA Fires and were fortunate enough to make this our home-away-from-home for 4 weeks. Elizabeth and Ryan were amazing hosts - going above and beyond with all the extras because they knew our situation. They stocked the fridge and cabinets with all the basics and a few treats and even had fresh bread and flowers waiting when we arrived. There wasn’t one thing missing from the house and they were incredibly responsive and generous. 5 stars is an understatement on this little zen gem tucked up in the hills… serene with a fantastic view, koi fish in the pond, and the sound of trickling water to fall asleep to at night. We had a great stay here. The neighborhood is nice and quiet (just some noise in mornings from bin collection), but still close to Beverly Hills, etc. The place was spotless, and hosts were responsive.

Peter was the best host! Not only were the check in instructions great with photo examples to aid a smooth process but he was willing to work with me on checkout time. I came for work and left my belongings at the apartment thinking I would be back in time before checkout and Peter was not only helpful but very understanding. Being able to check in very late after a long flight with front desk security made it really easy and comfortable. It was so quiet! Which is surprising for the area. The space was more spacious and beautiful in person. Can’t wait to book this for visiting friends

Sam and Amber are great hosts and their place is perfect for a few days Santa Monica and LA. It’s very close to the beach, pier and the 3rd street boulevard (shopping and restaurants). Both of them replied quickly and were always helpful. The apartment has everything you need and is well equipped. The free parking in a garage is a big plus! We would come back and can absolutely recommend the two and their apartment!

John and Vincent were perfect hosts. Went out of their way to make the check in smooth, and be responsive. Their bnb is in a fantastic location, we walked everywhere , access to the beach was super easy and we were surrounded by great restaurants. My family had a wonderful break, we would go back in a heartbeat.

Great location. Safe and gated parking. The property was nice, very spacious and well equipped.

Great area! Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the pier. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and made dinner time easy. Comfy beds, big bathrooms and a nice quiet outside area. The house has great history and felt cozy. The kitchen area is an add on that can only be accessed through the courtyard area. Be prepared that you will hear the owners/occupants above you when they walk and you often can hear them talking.

We reallly enjoyed Tom’s condo. It was beautiful and looked just like the pictures! It was fully stocked and even had some snacks for us! We loved the pool and hot tub! Tom kept in contact with us the whole time so we felt very well taken care of. I will definitely visit again! Highly recommend!
