From the living room and balcony you have a magnificent view of meadows, forest and fields, where chamois, fox and rabbit still say good night. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite. Ein Konditor, Restaurants, Supermärkte und alles für den täglichen Bedarf sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Bahnhof ist ca. 15 Gehminuten entfernt und bietet mit dem Seehas (Engen–Singen–Radolfzell–Konstanz) eine ideale Anbindung für Ausflüge in die Region.

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.
